Andy is very responsive. Location is good with plenty of street parking. The place is well equipped for long term stay. The bed is comfy. I was skeptical about the hot plates for cooking but it ended up working very well. A car is a must since the metro is not near by (nearest metro is Pentagon City - 4 exits away). The metro is about 15min using Uber (longer time during rush hours). Access to grocery stores & Target is easy with a car. Probably 20-25 min walk. The space is large with plenty of closet space for 1 person. The house is in a quiet cull de sac. I was leaving the property very early and coming back in the evening so I was almost never home during the day. I would definitely rent this airbnb again.

My son and I spent a month here through the holidays and really appreciated having our own rooms, a great bathroom, and enough couch space to invite family and friends over. Very safe and walkable neighborhood, and it was helpful having a grocery store and restaurants just down the street. Mary was incredibly friendly and proactive, having someone come to shovel the snow and checking in often to make sure we were comfortable. Her friend Sharon was living upstairs during our stay and was very attentive. Guests should know that the thermostat is controlled upstairs, so it took back-and-forth texts with Sharon to turn the heat lower for us. Additionally, the laundry room is a shared area with a locked door on their side but not ours. We weren't uncomfortable knowing she was in there (or with the noise), but it is unusual for an AirBnB, so I wanted to point it out.
