Beautiful apartment in a vintage home. Great location with several Restraunt nearby. We really enjoyed our stay. Our host Sanam was really helpful. She instructed our driver in finding the location. This property is one of the best places to stay in Kathmandu suitable for short or long stays whether travelling with family, friends or couple. Special thanks to the host for keeping the property being pet friendly.

Uttam was the kindest and most hospitable host I had, his family was extremely generous and welcoming! They always cared a lot for our wellbeing and made sure we have everything we need. The house is very spacious, air conditioning worked very well, we had hot water, drinking water, android tv. I enjoyed so much staying here, I even had a family dinner with Uttam family and had an amazing conversation together. Much love and gratitude!

It was a wonderful stay in (Battisputali) Kathmandu. I visited with my family (7 members). Actually Google map will divert you by route to find the location but the Host was responsive enough on phone so you will find the location easily. Pasupatinath temple is on walking distance. Local shopping is also nearby (5-6km). overall enjoyed staying here.

Very peaceful neighborhood within the city. within the walkable distance from Thamel and other great restaurants in Lazimpat area. The place is very clean, just as in the pictures and as described. Very easy and flexible check in. It is a great deal.

I love this place! Riwaz was so helpful, he was here to meet me even though I arrived quite late in the evening. He's been a great host the entire time, so easy to communicate with. The space looks exactly like the pictures, the location is beautiful, super close to many temples and great restaurants, everything in walking distance. I loved staying here ✨

We had a fantastic stay with Kate & Amrit. The flat is a great place to base to yourself. There are some fantastic amenities and local restaurants on your doorsteps. If you want to go into town it is only a short taxi ride away. We would highly recommend! Thank you Kate & Amrit :)

This charming, cozy room was located in a gated complex. There is a kitchen and bar located directly on the property that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chef Nir will also be opening a bakery very soon. The location is one block behind the stupa and there is no shortage of restaurants and shopping. Sonam was exceptionally helpful in responding to my questions.

one of the comfortable and neat place for the long stay. well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds provided. wifi speed was good. local shops for grocery were just walkable. 8-10km from main city, finding cabs or shared transport is difficult. if u have your own vehicle then it's a must go property. arjun and madam was really helpful in all the means and they really looked after very well. Thanks Arjun, will like to come back just for your hospitality.😊

My son and I stayed at Rabin's unit for two weeks in February because my son was playing a tennis tournament nearby. About the place: We stayed at the unit with the attached kitchen and bathroom - the unit is exactly as in the photographs, clean, roomy and has a small kitchenette. Rooms were cleaned once a week, and fresh linen and towels were provided. What struck me the most is that Rabin is the most genuinely nice and helpful person I've met. For example, when my son's shoes gave way in the midst of the second week, Rabin personally assisted me in getting them repaired. Rabin, his lovely wife, and his wonderful parents made us feel at ease and safe - they took excellent care of us! added bonus: Rabin is a good cook!

We loved our stay at Indira and Sagun’s home! It is like an oasis in the heart of Kathmandu. We were welcomed like family. Indira made us a delicious breakfast every morning and tea in the afternoons. Sagun made sure we had everything we needed, from a private car for the day to the most incredible local honey. And the home is so beautiful and comfortable! It has four big bedrooms—each with its own bathroom—so our family of five could spread out comfortably. We were so sad to leave. Anyone would be so lucky to stay here!!

We loved our stay, it was the best accommodation we've ever had in Nepal. Everything was perfect and such wonderful hosts. Highly recommended if you're looking for a spacious peaceful place to stay.

This was my favorite Airbnb experience to date. I arrived as a last minute booking. Tika responded right away to my booking request. Tika and her family were so kind and welcoming. They helped me with my bags, made sure I had plenty of drinking water available, and even invited me to join them for a homemade dinner. It really felt like coming home. The apartment itself was so comfortable and quiet. The bed is like a cloud. The apartment is within walking distance to lakeside and plenty of restaurants but just far enough away that it was super peaceful. I was doing some remote work while here and the internet was fast and reliable. The apartment building is also at the base of a mountain that has a really nice hiking trail and I also saw lots of monkeys and owls from my window. I would definitely recommend staying with Tika and family! I hope to be back soon. It really does feel like home!

Tika's apartment was beautiful and quiet. There is everything you need. The communication was great, Tika and her husband are very helpful. It is about 15 minutes. Walk to the lake. Overall, we were very satisfied and would love to come back.

Truly wonderful people that make you feel at home immediately and help you with any request whatsoever. A quiet apartment only 10min walking distance to the lakeside at the border of the forest was just perfect. Highly recommend!

Manish’s apartment was as per the description. It’s a cozy apartment with every facility you need. Cold evening in Kathmandu was not a problem with A/C and a heater making the apartment warm. Security was very nice. Sumit from casa deyra, was also greatwith communication. No hassle in check-in and check-out. Overall, very nice stay. Would definitely book this place for my next visit and recommend for my friends.
