Suren is great host, everything was as described in the listing. Big yard and empty space. You can park on the territory. He is very friendly and well managed. This place is highly recommended.

Manish’s apartment was as per the description. It’s a cozy apartment with every facility you need. Cold evening in Kathmandu was not a problem with A/C and a heater making the apartment warm. Security was very nice. Sumit from casa deyra, was also greatwith communication. No hassle in check-in and check-out. Overall, very nice stay. Would definitely book this place for my next visit and recommend for my friends.

She was the best in everything. From attention to my communication to attention to detail. I was invited for a meal upon arrival and before my departure to Lumbini province when I was given a nice dinner. I am treatest the best here. Every concern is adressed very well. If you want to be taken care of very well in your stay, I strongly recommend staying at any of her properties. Value and location was excellent too.

Situated in peaceful residential area. Google sometimes shows thin lanes as best route. Always coordinate with the owner. He was very helpful. My only concern was that there were no fan in the rooms. Though not required throughout the year in Kathmandu but in June it was hot and humid.

Christian and his family are saints, we had a very perilous journey on scooter from Sauraha to Pharping and were kindly received by these incredible hosts, warm comfy beds in creative bamboo houses on top of an incredible valley filled with wildlife. The Pharping area is definitely worth a trip from KTM, Darkshinkali temple cannot be missed, and Tibetan Buddhism is massive here, more monastries than I can count. Amazing.

The location is spoton for those who like to party.it's walkable from some of the best eateries, clubs and pubs. .the place and amenities will be to your satisfaction along with great hospitality by the caretaker.Also a couple of restaurants/bars are below.

This was one of the best places I have stayed at from ABB. Firstly, Yankila was gracious and thoughtful host with suggestions of things to see, places to eat, and where to get anything we may need. The daily mgr, Anadan was equally great, helping us with transportation and other activities. This place is located near the center of Kathmandu but you do not here the usual noises of a bustling city. Very quiet at night and very peaceful in the morning. We enjoyed Kathmandu, but Yankila and her staff made it even better! Thank you for everything and hope to see you again next year.

I loved every last moment of my 55 days at Abhaya’s home. A very short walk to many shops and restaurants, but on a sweet back road with a slower pace. The apartment felt warm, comfortable, and private - but with the timely care of a wonderful and friendly family. Everything was available and managed incredibly well. More than just thankful for the experience, I was touched that a family had such time and guidance for someone such as myself - who just happened to make this booking on AirBnb. Thank you so much for everything! For sure I hope to consider this my home base in the future while in Kathmandu, and I do hope to make it back very soon.

Perfect place in Kathmandu for short and long-term stays. Flats are comfortably equipped with all the needed amenities, as depicted in photos. Best silent location away from pollution and the rush of the city, yet in walking distance to the center. Urmila and her family are all very helpful in assisting you in every situation to make your stay most comfortable. I will stay again in the future. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at the Sunrise Apartment. My husband, one-year-old son, and I had a wonderful time in Nagarjun. The family was very friendly and treated us like a family. The apartment is spacious. There are shops and cafes around the corner. The air was clean. We enjoyed the walk to the Bompo temple where you can see the Kathmandu valley. If you are okay with being away from the city center, I would recommend staying in this apartment. Thank you for hosting us!

Some of the cleanest, newest, best furnished, most spacious studio suites in the area. Plenty of markets, coffee shops and bakeries all around! A nice, safe international location. Expect some noise from traffic and nearby pub - especially on first floor suites. Great if you like hard rock.

Absolutely loved to stay here! The host was sooo friendly and showed us everything that we wanted to see and more. The house was clean, comfortable and felt like home. If ever going to Nepal I would absolutely recommend this place!!!! Very reasonable price for the house and also for the activities the host arranges!

We stayed for a month over Christmas and new years and we were very happy and comfortable. The neighbourhood is relaxed and friendly and there are lots of shops around for anything you might need, there is a bus to Thamel and we would usually walk back as it was difficult finding the bus on the way back. The kitchen didn’t have the mentioned oven when we first got there but this was resolved and we cooked/baked a lot during our stay. Rajendra was helpful with anything we needed, he let us do our laundry a few times and you can use the roof to relax but we were content with the private patio :) we shared a wonderful meal on our last night. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
