Suren is great host, everything was as described in the listing. Big yard and empty space. You can park on the territory. He is very friendly and well managed. This place is highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at the Sunrise Apartment. My husband, one-year-old son, and I had a wonderful time in Nagarjun. The family was very friendly and treated us like a family. The apartment is spacious. There are shops and cafes around the corner. The air was clean. We enjoyed the walk to the Bompo temple where you can see the Kathmandu valley. If you are okay with being away from the city center, I would recommend staying in this apartment. Thank you for hosting us!

Some of the cleanest, newest, best furnished, most spacious studio suites in the area. Plenty of markets, coffee shops and bakeries all around! A nice, safe international location. Expect some noise from traffic and nearby pub - especially on first floor suites. Great if you like hard rock.

Good location to get around Kathmandu easily.

Our stay was fantastic. The host were very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The best part of the property was the backyard and the restaurant.

Hassle free stay. Felt like top notch hotel. Anything you need you just name it, staff will do their best to get it done. Service was on top. Rooms were as describe. I got lucky as Sam upgraded me to the penthouse. Worry free stay. Will be back for sure. Best place!!!

Great place to stay in patan, beautiful and clean rooms. The room was blend of authentic and morden architecture which was aesthetic. The host was great and super cool. This place is must for a stay.

Babin’s airbnb is a hidden gem in Lazimpat, which is close to touristic spots like Thamel. If you are someone who needs a peaceful escape from the hustle of the city, this is the place for you. The cleanliness, comfortability of the rooms and the location make this place stand out from the other hotels/ airbnb in Kathmandu. It was simply a home away from home for us. Babin is an amazing host. It was so easy to communicate with him as he would be a text away. Once there was a power outage for a minute or two and internet was gone. But Babin was able to fix it for us promptly even at late night. The building this airbnb is in has amazing restaurant ‘The Hibachi place’, a massage and spa place and a nail salon. So you can get all the relaxation in one building.

Above all, the host was very kind and responded immediately when I needed help, which was great. For me, who doesn't cook, it was a little inconvenient that there were no cafes or restaurants nearby, but the room was clean and well-organized, so I think it's a great place for the price.

Young , dynamic and very friendly host. Well responsive and always ready to help me as well as her nice sister who did not hesitate to wake up at 4.00 in the morning to find me a taxi ( departure to the airport). Their terrace is very pleasant and peaceful to take a break between getaways in the frantic streets of the capital. Thank you both
