Amazing family friendly villa. The staff are amazing, the villa is beautiful and has everything you need. The added kids toys are a huge bonus. It is 5 minutes drive way from things, so will need a scooter or transfers, but we knew this when booking. The construction noise was loud at times and sometimes disrupted our babies day sleeps but again we booked knowing this could be the case. Tantri and Intan made our stay extra special and we can’t wait to come back

Absolutely wonderful place, and great community! The villa is much more beautiful than it's shown on the pictures. Everything is clean and fresh, you've got everything you need. One of the best places on Bali. Very quiet and private. Communication with John and Made was easy, and very professional. Putu is just great! We felt very comfortable and couldn't wish for a better haven. 10/10!

We did enjoy the brand nee house and comfort of a hotel guest. Quiet place with well maintained infrastructure. Highly recommended!

Antika was friendly, responsive and accomodating to our requests. The villa staff was on site to assist with the check in process. Villa was clean and looked exactly like the photos in the booking. Loved the pool and hot showers.

We found Joel’s villa after our flights got cancelled due to the volcano and I tell you what I couldn’t recommend it enough! It’s simply stunning! 4 spacious bedrooms with 4 wonderful bathrooms, a huge living area with fully equip kitchen and a simply stunning backyard with the perfect pool! We loved every moment at Joel’s! What made it even better what the communication between Joel’s villa manager and his team. Mr Dewa is a wonderful man with great communication and his team is just as good! We can’t wait to come back. Thanks again!

A big thanks to Irawan , he is an excellent host and his place is just awesome as described . Good neighborhood, plenty of coffee shops and beach near by . Better than hustle bustle of canguu and seminiyak . 100% recommended

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Nyoman’s property, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, Nyoman was incredibly helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed and providing fantastic local recommendations. The property itself was beautiful, impeccably clean, and perfectly situated. Whether you're looking to explore or just relax, the location couldn't be better—close to all the key attractions and Canggu beach, about 15-20 mins from Finn’s and atlas.. but still peaceful and quiet at night. I will definitely be returning on my next visit.

We had a fantastic stay at Putra's place. Kadek, the local English driver arranged by Putra, ensured seamless airport transfers and an unforgettable day trip. Putra's attentive hospitality made our stay exceptional. The private pool and tranquil Ubud location, combined with easy access to nearby warungs, cafes, and coffee shops, created a perfect balance. The helpful housekeeper kept the property immaculate while we explored Bali. Moksa, a nearby vegan and raw food haven, is highly recommended for its delicious offerings and local products, including the effective mosquito spray. While the interior could use a refresh, this minor detail didn't detract from our wonderful experience. We also fondly remember the lizards that emerged each evening and occasionally chriping, adding a charming touch to our stay.

Walking distance within a few restaurants and also convenience stores. Peaceful neighbourhood. Highly recommended if you're looking for a place to stay in Seminyak

Shout out to John's team of Ami, Jodie, and Ari for letting us feel right at home in their great villa. It's a quaint place but with a superb location in the heart of seminyak, with a convenience store and a french brunch place right next door. Great staff and great location is always key for us when we travel, so this checks all the boxes. And coming home to a freshly cleaned villa and a private pool is the cherry on top.

Craig's villa was in an exceptional location and in the heart of everything you need. Their staff were proactive, professional, and friendly. communication was great as well. The villa was great with all the requirements for our family and the pool was a bonus for my two kids. We will definitely use this villa again.

We had the apartment with private pool and we enjoyed it a lot! It really is privat, but if you need anything the staff is always there to help you out though! Communication is perfect and they try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Everything important is very close to you if you need a good restaurant, laundry or if you want to go to the beach, especially if you get a scooter. 10/10 would totally recommend.

Due to mother nature playing a part in our cancellation, we weren’t able to enjoy the property as we couldn’t get into Bali on time 😭 Hoping to try book again in the future within the same price range again.

Putu's place was a lovely oasis of calm in the middle of Ubud. Set facing a lovely, lush junglescape yet easily accessible, it felt secure and serene. It was the most peaceful, quiet place to come home to after a long day. The house itself was well appointed, with a fully equipped kitchen, a patio facing the jungly ravine (that I put to good use doing yoga every morning), the most comfortable of beds, a well functioning AC at night when you'd like to keep the door closed to keep the bugs at bay. Above all, Putu and Juni were the most thoughtful, detail-oriented, responsive and warm hosts and took the very best care of me during my month long stay, addressing any questions or concerns I had calmly and quickly. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable; encountering genuinely excellent people like them is one of the biggest gifts that spending time in Bali has given me. I'd come back to stay again in a heartbeat. Suksma Putu and Juni!

I stayed here with my girlfriend for about 6-7 weeks. We liked the place. Dont expect anything fancy, its a typical balineese house, wich for us was the charm. And all you need is there. The house is at a end of a street in a quiet neighbourhood. Also famaly of the owner lives across the street, Dan and his wife, very friendly people and willing to help with everything you need. Dan also picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. The location is nice and strategic, not far from Ubud, Kuta, Depansar etc and closeby is a supermarket. All in all we were very happy to stay there!

Great place. Very lively and walking distance to many good locations. Heni was great and very attentive to all our questions and requests. The garden and living area is pleasant to spend time in, rooms are clean and very well air conditioned. Was a good choice ! Thank you.

I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Ubud. The villa was very peaceful and conveniently located near restaurants, cafes, laundry, etc. It was also easily accessible to more populated areas that have bars and clubs if you like nightlife. The house itself was very clean and had every amenity you could need, including breakfast each morning. The host was super nice and accommodating. Would highly recommend this villa if you’re planning a stay in Ubud!

Beautiful small villa in a quiet location. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. It was perfect for our first visit as a family as we felt incredibly safe and at home to settle is into Bali life. Fantastic spa across the road. 10 mins to Canguu and Semiyak. Personally we loved Ulumas. Peaceful and upcoming area. It was so nice to come away from it all. Lovely cafes nearby Rose and Shine, absolutely delicious, Bistro across the road, pasta dealers the list goes on. Sin Nombre we’re incredible , the Villa, the staff , everything and it will always warm our hearts.. we’ll be back.

I have been travelling slowly for a year and this was my favourite experience. I stayed a month. The apartment feels bigger than it is because of a large exterior and big jungle view. Clean, comfortable, and private while having easy access to everything around. Very good value. Made and his family were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help when I needed it. Highly recommended. Thank you Made and family. See you again in May!
