Bungalow vacation rentals in Badung Regency

Gypsea is a beautifully presented boutique hotel with excellent amenities . It is a short drive to the beach and all the best restaurants. It is close enough to everything that nothing is a problem. We have 2 young children ages 5 months and 2 years old the resort was very good for the kids and they were even able to put a pool fence up for us. The staff were incredible with our children and made our stay fun and relaxing. They really stood out to us, as exceptionally good at there jobs and all amazing. Thank you so much We will be back

Our first trip to Bali and our first hotel stay - we could not have been more impressed with the hospitality and comfort we experienced at Umakayu! We stayed for five nights over the new year period. Putu & his team were amazing, informative and always willing to help. Nicole gave us some great recommendations for new year’s and advice for our travels around Bali after we checked out. The villa was cosy, authentic and felt very private. There was some construction around the area but this is the case throughout all of Bali and it didn’t bother us. The hotel is walking distance to Batu Bolong beach which we did several times as the traffic was quite heavy given the time of year. Overall we had a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of staying in the Canggu area. Thank you guys so much!!

Great place to stay with lots of left overs from previous tenants like spices in the kitchen. Daily cleaning is included in price although not really necessary but very appreciated. Comfy beds, great pool what else do you wanna hear. Just stay here 😉

From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly helpful, making us feel like we were staying at a relative’s house rather than a rental. Traveling with two kids can be challenging, but the host went above and beyond to assist us in every way possible, which truly meant a lot. Finally, we all really missing Bruno 🐕

This my 2nd time staying in SejoliVillas just different room. I just got lucky. This time my room was beyond my expectation. It’s BETTER!! Host is always helpful and he trust whoever that stays there to help ourselves to get whatever drink/alcohol we want. Pay when check out, of coz. Plus there is many nice restaurant around and walking distance too. Room is cleaned everyday unless you don’t want them to. This place makes me feels safe throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place to whoever is open for a true Balinese style. But better. Hope my next stay i’ll get a room here again

we stayed for 3 nights, and had a lovely time. The bungalow was beautiful, well designed and spotless. We had a tiny gecko called Dave in the room, who was taking care of any bugs :-). Breakfast was served in the kitchen area each morning. We are vegan, and the staff were well set up to accommodate and had a great understanding of our needs. The food was great. Swimming pool area all to ourselves (I think normally shared with another bungalow, but no one was there). Getting in the pool after dark and looking up at the clear skies was just heavenly. There is a menu in the bedroom for if you require room service. We did this on our first. Lovely food and easy ordering process. The staff were incredible.

The perfect blend of access to urban Ubud life but a quiet location a bit of a walk from everything. The closest street with shops and cafes and massage (5 minutes walk from property) had a real village vibe, and was easy to get a scooter taxi to any event or restaurant in Ubud. Gorgeous property, I enjoyed my stay and getting coffee on site with other guests and the hosts. I felt like a princess. I was worried about no AC, but I stayed a month and was only hot at night once or twice. I was also surprised to see no screens on the windows, but in fact that is normal for Bali and the bugs were nothing like what I’ve seen in other tropical places or even at home in the US in summer where screens are a must. The semi-outdoor shower was a bonus! I stayed 2 other places in Ubud this year and this was by far my favorite. Stayed 1 month. Kitchen amenities are bare bones - if you really plan to cook you might need to supplement what they provide.
