Vacation rentals with a sauna in Badia de Xàbia

We had a lovely stay at Jose Maria’s place. Unfortunately we were particularly unlucky with the weather but this would be an excellent place for a spring or summer holiday. I would recommend using a mosquito repellent when hanging out near the pool area.

I'm just back from a very enjoyable 4 day break with my wife and 11 year old daughter. The host is very communicative, the apartment is very clean and has everything you need to have a great time. We hired a car to get us in and out of Benidorm or Alicante, and for trips to the supermarket and local shops (5 minute drive). I would highly recommend - we will absolutely be returning!

We enjoyed our short stay. Beautiful apartment with a nice decor. Large terrace with jacuzzi. Really a plus. Beautiful view over the Benidorm skyline. It looks like little New York. Lots of facilities nearby. Large shopping center and Benidorm nearby. But also as a base if you want to visit Altea, Calpe or Moraira. It's nice that you're on a secure property. We will definitely come back.

We spent a peaceful Christmas here with our family of five. Great location with a great view. Very nice with gym, sauna and pool just a few floors below us. The apartment was perfect for us, with a well equipped kitchen, and a spacious and warm terrace.

We've just returned home.Had a fantastic stay.Apartment was beautiful.Amazing views , Spotlessly, clean and tidy has everything you need for a stay and I mean everything. I would give 6 stars, but you only Have the option for 5. If there was only one thing to recommend, it would be a smoke and carbon monoxide. alarm.

We stayed 22 days with my family and we really enjoyed ourselves and everything as described in the house! Nothing was missing! We'll definitely be back 😀

All phenomenal, the only glue we have seen is lack of equipment in the kitchen, such as trash bags, paper towels... And in the bathroom plus rolls of paper. Otherwise, everything is phenomenal, a 10-minute stay. We'll repeat.

Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. The apartment is well laid out with a large fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed for our 5 night stay, a large balcony with plenty of seating and the hot tub. The balcony gets the sun in the morning so great to sit out there first thing in the morning. A beautiful view of the sea and the swimming pools in the apartments area. The beds were comfortable and plenty of cupboard space. A well laid out living room with table to play games or eat. There is nothing to find fault with this apartment at all, and it has 24 hour security, a fully equipped gym near the pools and basement parking. And of course the host Jorge is very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again if I got the chance.

From the first contact, your kindness and sympathy have been able to make up for this end of February so little benevolent that it has accompanied us these days. In any case, your apartment is a privileged place to enjoy the sea and a nature that surrounds you from that wonderful terrace. Despite everything and thanks to your directions and advice we were able to enjoy a quiet and peaceful stay in an apartment that has all the comforts.

We stayed in the offseason, but still enjoyed gorgeous views from the balcony, watching the sunrise and the sunset every day. Place is exactly as described, we were greeted and checked in easily. Hubert and Natalie were great hosts, super responsive, kind, and flexible with our checkout. Dont hesitate to book.

Impeccable apartment, we felt at home, absolutely nothing was missing in the house. The girl I welcomed us was very nice and attentive at all times, the common areas are incredible, the views from the terrace too. We'll definitely be back.

Gema was responsive and kind. She knew we had kids and made sure to point out games that she had and show us the playground. We had a wonderful time in the home and would go back!

We had a great time at Stef's place. The residence is amazing. Several pools available are an interior. The complex really has everything we need. Stef is always very responsive! Thanks to this place, we had a great vacation.

This host was always easily accessible and despite different languages, we got along well. The house was extremely clean and provided us with a good location for a home office for 3 months. We will be happy to go here again.

Fantastic village house with everything you need to cook and enjoy its terraces as a family. We were in August, in the midst of a heat wave, and the house was cool and nice. The municipal pool is a one-minute walk away. 100% recommended.

We have had a wonderfull stay at the villa. Everything was exactly as advertized and as shown in the pictures. Manuela and Bernd were more than friendly and nothing we asked was too much. When we visit this region again in the future we will most certanly contact them again.

Pleasant stay at Parvaneh's, exactly as in the photos: very nice functional house with all the necessary amenities. ++ + for the outside , very beautiful maintained garden,the pool was very pleasant with lukewarm water for each swim . Beautiful elevated view of Denia and soothing around the Pego Monte. Very quiet district and all are close by (10-15 min drive: beach , restaurant , supermarket ... ) . Denia beach is very quiet , parking glued to the beach with places always available , perfect with children . From Denia , possibility to visit several cities and beaches at 30min-1h (moraira, calpe, benidrom...) We thank Parvaneh for his availability , for providing us with a crib and for adapting during our change of day of departure .

Marina’s place was absolutely wonderful! We stayed as two families and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 small children. The apartment itself was immaculate and decorated to an incredibly high spec. There was ample bedding, towels, and cleaning products to feel like you were at a home from home. Marina provided travel cots for our stay which was well appreciated. Let her know if you need a high chair as there wasn’t one at the apartment, though I am sure she would provide this. The complex itself is clearly a high-end, luxury space. The facilities were top notch (gym and heated pool in October/November) and well maintained. The apartment is about a 30 minute stroll to the old town along the sea front, which was lovely. There is a Coaliment supermarket about 10 minutes away, towards the old town, which is where we did most of our shopping. There are ample places to eat and drink within moments of the apartment. Marina communicated well throughout our stay - we will be back!

The house is great,better than the pictures. Very comfortable beds, very good equipped kitchen and great common areas. The pool area,in summer,should be amazing. We will be back!

A spectacular house in the heart of Calpe, a wonderful center with fantastic streets and squares to tapas, walk, and enjoy. The house is very large, it has everything, with a wonderful swimming pool that has helped us cool down when we go up from the beach, which you can reach in 10 minutes. We found a place on the beach without difficulty, it has great fine sand and the bathroom is very nice. Rosa is the perfect host, attentive, concerned, but not overwhelmed, very communicative and willing. We had a great stay, to be repeated.
