Nice apartment, close to the beach, definitely we will back

The apartment is very spacious and with a good terrace , clean and tidy , quiet pool and with a very new gym. Ramón is very kind and very attentive at all times. The only downside is that you have a walk down to the beach .

The apartment is great, everything is very new and super clean. The residential development where it is located is fantastic and in a great location. And we loved Denia. 10 OUT OF 10

Beautiful apartment with stunning views of the beach and downstairs pool. Onsite bar by the pool is lovely and staff working there are very nice and helpful. The walk to the town is downhill so coming back meant walking up the hill so if you struggle on your feet keep this in mind however we would 100% stay here again as it really has been a very lovely and relaxing stay.

Wonderful find exactly as described and matched photographs. Friendly host. Extremely clean...fantastic views and great amenities. Would recommend to anyone.

Everything is great, the only drawback we have seen is a lack of equipment in the kitchen, such as garbage bags, paper towels... And in the bathroom, more rolls of paper. Otherwise everything was great, a 10-star stay. We'll be back.

The apartment was lovely and bright, very clean, lots of nice extras, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets, sugar, salt etc. The balcony was huge with all the furniture you’d need, although quite windy as it’s at the top of a hill on the 30th floor. The bed was extremely comfortable. The storage space could be better ie more droors, hangers in the wardrobe. Plus more cutlery & crockery, there’s a dishwasher but we couldn’t use it as there wasn’t enough to have one set in and one to use. The 2 seater sofa not the most comfortable. Having said this it didn’t spoil our stay, the location is perfect and Juan was always on hand. We will defiantly return.

Super nice apartment building with all the luxury you also have in a hotel. Communication with Jorge is good, he sends all the necessary information well in advance. Tip: Do not rent a large car due to the small parking space in the parking garage.

This was our third stay at Cristina’s Apartment. It is a lovely place with great views. At this time of year it is really peaceful. The balcony is a great place to sit and watch walkers and cyclists tackling the coastal path, but there is very little passing traffic. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable holiday and has a good supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Can’t fault it!

This host was always easily accessible and despite different languages we got along well. The house was extremely clean and offered us a good location for a home office for 3 months. We will be happy to come back here.

A wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated townhouse – a home away from home. Spread across 3 floors, the house is spacious, stylish, & extremely well-equipped. The ground floor features a garage big enough for two cars, a gym with weights and a cross trainer, plus an en suite bedroom with a terrace. The first floor is the heart of the home – a stunning open-plan living and dining area with a huge dining table, cosy fireplace, smart TV, and a well-designed kitchen with everything you could possibly need. There's also another en suite bedroom and a separate guest WC. The top floor boasts a luxurious master suite with a bath, double shower, utility room, study space, & a private roof terrace. The weather wasn't on our side during our visit, but the house was an absolute haven. We enjoyed cooking, relaxing by the fire, and making the most of the beautiful space. Inge has done an incredible job creating such a luxurious and welcoming home. She's a wonderful host, highly recommended.

We spent a fantastic few days at Elena's place. The house is just like the photos and meets expectations. It has everything you need and the outside is beautiful. She has been super friendly at all times. We were very comfortable! :)

It was a great stay. the house lived up to expectations and Arno was fantastic to collaborate with. was one piece from downtown Calpe but we showed this in advance. The taxi came quickly so there was no problem. the app Glovo was amazing to have groceries delivered home to the house with free delivery. Lovely location for a beach holiday, beautiful sandy beach within 200m Very quiet area so if you are looking for night life maybe look elsewhere but for us it was perfect. Thank you.

Quiet place,the one we are looking for. Clean and tidy house. Host always looking out for our comfort. Well located to get out to the surrounding coves and beaches. I was with my wife, we had a great vacation. I recommend 100%. We'll try to repeat next year.
