We had a very pleasant stay in Grafrath. Simon was extremely kind and helpful, giving several hints about the place and always available whenever we needed a help. I hope we may return to their place in the future!

Maria is an amazing host, took care of everything, is extremely friendly and has an authentic character. Here you get a beautiful accommodation with easy access to the Spieljochbahn and the large ski resort in the Zillertal. We will be happy to come back! Thank you Maria!!!

Great place to stay outside of Munich and yet close to beautiful landscapes

I stayed with Waltraud and Michael for the second time for a week to take a vacation. You can only feel comfortable here... nature offers countless possibilities for active vacation and relaxation. Waltraud and Michael are very warm hosts and you get great excursion tips if you wish. The single room is perfectly sufficient for one person, very clean and you have everything you need. I will definitely be back again :-)

A really great apartment with fantastic views , in addition, the apartment is tastefully furnished - everything you needed...and a super comfortable couch - surroundings unbeatable - several hiking trails start at the door and with the zoom lens you have a good view of the castles - there were four of us there ...only the wasps and mosquitoes were caustic for - neither the host nor anyone else can 😊

Sabine's Turmhaus is a place of utter peace. The attention to detail is outstanding in her Turmhaus and garden (chicken in the backyard!). We had a family trip with 6 people and could not have asked for a better home for the weekend. Well located for small hikes and close to the lake itself. You might find yourself wanting to stay longer! Communication was also great and Sabine very accommodating of special requests and in the time leading up to our stay. 10/10!

The house was a great stay for my family of six. It was clean and as described in the instructions and photos were accurate. We went at the start of June, temperature was nice and cooling. Sina also gave clear instructions about making payment for the separate costs. My family enjoyed the kitchen and the dining area the most. We had lots of fun preparing meals and eating together. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The apartment is stylishly furnished, which is certainly not necessary for life, but makes the stay all the more pleasant. You feel right at home. The rooms are beautiful, almost "hotel- similarly" furnished.. Everything looks tidy and super clean. Kitchen is incredibly well equipped. Spacious storage room for drinks, e.g. A large well-kept shower in the bathroom is the dream after long ski days. Great view of the mountains from the balcony. The apartment was the best I have ever visited. You can immediately notice that the hosts go out of their way to anticipate and meet even the smallest needs of their guests. Two small information (no criticism !) would certainly be helpful for guests. 1. A little decentralized quiet location, arriving by car cheap (free parking right in front of the house), when arriving by train + a lot of luggage maybe take a taxi. 2. There is no freezer compartment in the fridge. Dear hosts: Thank you very much for the stay!

Very nice and large apartment in a very strategic location. The apartment is set off from the road, which isn't very busy. The outdoor areas face the sun all day. Telfs is a short drive away with lots of supermarkets (and a very well known hamburger chain). The host is very nice and caring. I can fully recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time, absolutely friendly and warm hosts. The apartment is lovingly furnished and you will find everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom modern. Everything was very clean and in good condition. You immediately feel at home, especially the homemade dishes and the beautiful wooden furniture carved by Christoph we liked. Also, we were lucky to find fresh flowers on the table:) We were there by public transport and were able to walk to everything. We will be happy to come back!

Excellent location. Central yet quiet, the apartment is to the back of the garden. The train station is a few minutes' walk away by direct S-Bahn train to Munich. The lake with bathing access is a stone's throw from the apartment and is now accessible with the Standup Board under your arm. You can set bikes in the shed.

We had a pleasant stay. Apartment where you want to settle in with relative calm, the noise of the small creek next door feels good. Karin is very kind and attentive to us. On the other hand, the seasons like spring and fall and summer must be super pleasant with the terrace overlooking the mountain and a good sunbed it must be beautiful. I'll be back soon enough.

We were happy with the place. Everything was clean and there was plenty of room. You should leave early by car for skiing in Kaltenbach, so that you are not in a traffic jam (especially on weekends). But it's great because the elevator runs from 7:30 am.

We loved our stay here! Incredibly beautiful apartment and even better surroundings. The kids' play area was perfect for our young kids. The walking trails and ski areas were perfectly accessible, and the dog friendly welcome and the beautiful spa area put it over the top. We can't wait to return.

There were five of us staying at Anna's place for a weekend and we felt completely comfortable. The Hochfügen ski area is about 20 minutes by car. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired, very well-equipped kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, sauna, very spacious apartment. The contact with the landlords was very straightforward and friendly!

Franz’s warm welcome made the place just very comfortable and safe. It was spacious and location was helpful for getting to and from various cities in Bavaria. Thank you!

We were completely satisfied. The apartment is the perfect base for hikes in the area. It is spacious and cozy and the pool and sauna area is very luxurious. The whole house is also super child-friendly. Unfortunately, one point was not so good, the Wi-Fi did not work in the apartment. Since I had to work during our stay, it made for some inconvenience. However, I was assured that this was only a temporary problem and my joy about the great house and the beautiful nature was not diminished. I can highly recommend this apartment to anyone.
