A fantastic stay for the whole family! We spent 3 nights and 4 days in this wonderful cottage – with 5 children and 4 adults. The house was perfect for our group: spacious, clean and very well appointed. The kitchens had everything we needed for our meals, and the large common area provided space for everyone. The children were delighted with the play facilities in the garden and surroundings, while we adults enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. The bedrooms were comfortable, and there were plenty of bathrooms to avoid the morning stress. The location was ideal – close enough to activities, but still quiet and relaxing. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and always quick to reach. We would recommend this cottage without hesitation and would be happy to come back!

It was a wonderful holiday! Everything perfectly exactly as described, great equipped house in a quiet location. We spent a wonderful Christmas at Villa Fips. We immediately felt at home. The house is super cozy and quaint and spotlessly clean! Our hosts even provided us with a Christmas tree and provided us with jewelry. Also for our one-year-old daughter everything was there - cots, high pressure, lots of toys. The communication with Christine was always quick and good, the check-in and checkout were straightforward. We are very grateful and happy to have spent the Christmas days at this wonderful place. Tasteful, well-kept, generous and comfortable, we were able to accommodate 6 adults and 3 young people for a family reunion. The hosts were available and helpful in queries. The squirrels meet in the garden, behind which the creek rushes behind the gate. You could walk to the small Christmas market. Gladly again in all seasons!

We had a lovely up in the nicest little apartment. Nicely furnished, new renovated kitchen and bathroom. cozy balcony with morning sun. with short walking distance to town and the surrounding hiking trails the apartment has a perfect location. A suggestion for kitchen range could be an oven or airfryer, otherwise nothing to note. We thank Carsten for a super lovely stay, we will definitely be back kind regards, Gitte and Kim

Katharina welcomed us very warmly. The place was very clean and corresponded to the description. The old hotel, where the accommodation was located, was at first a little opaque and intimidating. But at the latest when we arrived in the room, everything was great.

Super uncomplicated, very friendly, the fireplace was quickly repaired that can be used. The apartment is very nice and large and exactly matches the information... All in all, we felt very comfortable. Highly recommend!!

It was a really very nice and clean apartment. Everything as described in the description. The walking distance to the city center and the Christmas market is very worth mentioning. Apartment belongs to the Hotel Saxer next door. Here we were able to book a fabulous breakfast. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We have great stay there for one week. We met Monika & she is very friendly & responsive. She offer us eggs & drinks. The place is clean & fully match the photos. The bedding & linen is comfortable. The location is accessible & close to highway A7, we can visit other cities very easily.

Great big apartment for multiple people! Perfect location for a hiking holiday in the Harz

Very nice clean apartment and above all quiet. The playground was also nearby. You didn't miss anything there. The only thing that bothered me was that the light across the street was always on at night and I woke up as a result. A curtain that really darkens would have been great. But otherwise I was completely satisfied.

We enjoyed our stay with Peter and Nicole so much! The apartment is amazingly spacious. Ideal with adolescents who want to retreat regularly. Watching movies together on the large screen in front of the fireplace was the ideal end to fresh autumn days. The Harz has so much to offer. The bakery within walking distance offered fresh sandwiches every morning. Please note: even though the rides are short (supermarket 5 min, Goslar 8 min); you do need a car to fully enjoy the area.

We felt very comfortable at Ute's place. We love to travel, but we haven't had such a great place to stay and a warm hostess so far. It was a really great time. The accommodation is super central, well equipped and the communication with Ute is super. We are more than happy to recommend the apartment and will certainly visit again.

We had a lovely family weekend in this apartment where nothing was missing. Great amenities, spacious with 6 people and cozy. Everything within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back again the next time we visit Goslar.

We had a lovely stay at the house at the end of the world over the weekend. For our dogs, the wide meadows behind the house were perfect for letting off steam. All people also felt very comfortable in the cozy apartment.
