I had a good time at Casa Ace! Kaye was very responsive and answered all my inquiries. The place is exactly the same in the photos and conveniently located near Ayala mall. It was in south building though and I had 2 big luggages so it was a bit of a walk, but overall it was a very pleasant stay!

This apartment was perfect for our family stay! It was spacious, affordable, and well-suited for larger groups. The peaceful environment and convenient amenities made it an ideal choice for a comfortable and budget-friendly getaway. Highly recommended for families or big groups!

The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the unit. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. It was great to have everything within reach while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. Jenia was an exceptional host. She provided clear instructions and was very responsive to any questions I had. I felt well taken care of during my stay. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a memorable vacation. Check-in and check-out was a breeze at Andy’s place. The guards were also really helpful in giving directions & assisting with our luggage. The location was also convenient as it took only 10-15 mins to get into the city. Overall a pleasant stay! Thank you for sharing your place with us, Andy!

The place is very spacious and is very clean. We like the extra little details like having charging cables and adaptors, first aid kits, and office supplies. The location is safe with security at the gate and is conveniently located close to a grocery and other restaurants. Highly recommend this place.

1000/10!! AJ was very very responsiveeee!! She was Super accomodating and catered to our request of a early check in and late checkout due to changes in our flight back. Great Location! Very peaceful and safe. We went on a weekend and there was a night market nearby, walking distance, with good choices of food. The unit was very clean and comfy, and felt like home. Will definitely go back!

Highly recommended place and hosts! Everything was great - location, place, check-in, communication. The location is in a developing business park, so its peaceful and no crowds. McDonald's is like a 3 minute walk. A little further is a main road with supermarkets and restaurants. Landers and a night market are also nearby. The place is cozy and clean. Beds are comfortable. In the pantry, we only used the fridge and water heater, which were very convenient. Basic cutlery are provided. The hosts were very considerate to accommodated a request for our kid. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Renz is very responsive when it comes to inquiries and he also gave clear instructions on how to checkin and checkout. He is also very considerate of his guests and allowed us to checkout an hour later than the checkout time. His place was exactly as it looks like in his listing! It has everything a vacationer needs. Toiletries, tissue, and towels are provided for each guest. The unit also have complete dinnerware, microwave, refrigerator and utensils for cooking. The interior, fast internet and readily available netflix makes the place very cozy! And let's not forget the very comfortable bed and pillows that makes your sleep really well after a day's exploring! Will definitely choose to stay here again the next time we go to Bacolod! Highly recommended. 💯

Perfect place to stay when in Bacolod. Grail's place is clean and smells good. I like that it only has the things that the guests would need during the stay - very functional. It also has a gated garage which is good if you have a car. I booked her place last minute due to some mishaps in my previous airbnb and she was accommodating and responsive. She let me stay with my dogs which I really appreciate! The place has a fast internet connection which allowed me to do my work with no problems. And netfllix and youtube too, for the guests entertainment. Her place is highly recommended and I'll surely come back again.

This place is highly recommended! It’s beside Robinsons Place Mandalagan and has a walkway connected to it which is a plus. The place is spacious and clean. Pool is also free on the 14th floor. Perfect for a staycation! Ms. Charina was also very accommodating. All in all, our stay for almost a week is definitely worth it.

Great place. Near the center, just one Grab away. Near SB. Amenities are top-notch. Spacious and has lots of beds.
