LAKEFRONT wrap around patio! Lakefront view is amazing. The traditional-roofed Palapa unit with a large wrap around patio for outdoor dining or relaxing. Two thatched windows draw in the breeze. Access to the king-size bed in the loft is by narrow spiral stairs. Down stairs is a trundle bed . The bathroom is also downstairs. . Please understand the Palapa roof is made of natural fibers and NOW with air conditioning... but plenty of fans! Lakefront. 30 megas of internet.

Beautiful location on the lagoon, serene and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A few minutes' drive from downtown Bacalar. The space on the lagoon is peaceful and private from other properties. There are two other units on the property, with whom access to the lagoon is shared. In the lagoon area there is a dock and two terraces, offering enough space for our guests.

Come with the whole family to this fantastic place on the shore of the lagoon where you can rest and swim; at night enjoy the terraces; the illuminated pier; go to the village where you will find gastronomy for all tastes or order home delivery. You can go sailing in a group at any time because we have 3 kayaks (2 double and 1 single).

The complex is beautiful, it has a spectacular dock with lounge chairs, hammocks, kayak, board, tables, everything to have nice both during the day and when the sun goes. We didn't need anything but what was offered, it was a very nice stay. The place is recmendable and the host is super accessible.

Peace of mind and connection with nature Katy's accommodation is ideal if you're looking for tranquility, comfort and an experience in contact with nature. It is located just a 15-minute drive from downtown Bacalar, located in the middle of the jungle, which gives it a magical and very special touch. The villa corresponds exactly to what the photos show, with an incredible pool and surrounded by vegetation, which creates an atmosphere of total rest. Katy was an exceptional host, always attentive and resolving any need immediately, which we greatly appreciated. One detail we loved was that the place has its own little store, which was very convenient during the stay. Definitely a fully recommended accommodation.

We felt very comfortable here. Gustavo's colleague Jorge welcomed us warmly and was very helpful. The location of the apartment is great. Quiet residential area, everything is easily accessible with the 2 bicycles on site. The nearest swimming area is about 5 minutes by bike, Cenote Cocalitos about 15 minutes and the city center with the Municipal pier about 10 minutes. The kitchen equipment was also very good and the bed very comfortable. Everything was fresh and in a feel-good atmosphere. When we were here, there was some construction noise due to the work in the courtyard. But that didn't bother me, because everything was quiet at night. If it's finished soon, it will certainly look very nice outside. In short: Thank you, glad to come back if possible :)

Christopher’s condo is super comfortable. It is just on the outskirts of the old part of Bacalar. Walking 10 minutes brings you k to the neighbourhood s with great restaurants. Walk for 20 minutes and you are down by the beautiful lake! The condo has two small balconies with really nice furniture, on the balconies and in the condo itself. We cooked a few meals there - the kitchen is set up nicely. And the bed? It is huge and comfortable. There is a cool little swimming pool, too. Lastly, Jacqui was quick to respond to our queries, and made sure the hot water issue was resolved pronto. All in all, a great place to stay while in amazing Bacalar!
