The apartment was fantastic. Everything is thoughtfully laid out: it’s compact but efficient. The kitchen is small but well-stocked, with a microwave, electric kettle, induction hot plate, and all necessary dishes and utensils. They sold me large bottles of drinking water throughout my stay. The shower is great, with plenty of hot water. The view from the windows is lovely, and there are lots of windows. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy (construction, football revelry), but the double-panel glass blocked out almost all of the noise and I slept peacefully every night. Tracy was responsive and helpful: she’d always answer my messages within a few minutes and helped me to troubleshoot the few problems I had. E.g. my electric kettle stopped working, and she provided a new one immediately. I’ve stayed in Hà Nội many times, and this is my favorite apartment. Highly recommended!

Great location Beautiful place Easy to roam around in the city

We stayed at Thao’s place for almost 3 weeks and it truly felt like home away from home. So sad to leave! The apartment is super spacious and nicely decorated. There are 3 balconies to choose from and a gorgeous rooftop! It is bright and clean and you rarely hear the noise from the street or neighbours. Location is great - away from the madness of the old town but easily walkable. The local area has great restaurants and cafes too. This apartment would be perfect for a short or a long stay. Thao goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. She is kind, responsive and helpful. Truly an incredible host. We will definitely be back should we return to Hanoi. Thank you so much!

I recently stayed at an apartment in Hanoi that was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant sights and attractions. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. A highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace, which offered a great space to relax and enjoy the view over the city skyline, especially during sunset. The area was also fairly quiet considering its central location, making it a nice escape from the city's hustle and bustle. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a balance between accessibility and comfort in Hanoi!

Loved my 4 weeks at Tra’s apartment, walking distance to both Kiem and West Lake and a stroll into the Old Qtr. Tra and her staff were fantastic and made my stay so enjoyable. The apartment is clean, spacious and functional. Perfect really. I will be back.

Mai was a great host. She answered all questions and concerns promptly both before check-in and during our stay. When we arrived a few things were not as pictured or promised, and she had the staff correct them faster than one would think possible. On the downside, the promised view of "All rooms feature big window with stunning view over West Lake and beautiful landscape" was not true. The bedroom window looked out over a side street that was fine. But the living room/dining area had a view of a roof directly abutting the window, with a large water tank on top and then construction. There was no view of a lake or any landscape. The noise from the construction was bothersome at times, but never in the evening, so if you are out all day it would not be an issue. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Spacious place in a quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and out. Good location.

I stayed here in May-2021 and I enjoyed it. The location is peaceful, the room is clean and the most I prefer is the security man, who is so friendly.

Good service

This stay was a welcome reprieve from the city. It was private and peaceful. The host was extremely communicative and helpful - I appreciated their suggestions on where to eat in the area! The staff in the building went above and beyond to help me with my laundry even though they didn't have to! The one thing to be aware of - the building has no sound proofing whatsoever and everything from water running down pipes to people talking on the floor below can be heard but the comfort of the room overall makes it worth a bit of noise. The bathtub, especially, was a wonderful treat!

Giao and his family went up and beyond with offering help and services. Quiet area but just a 10 minutes walk to the (north of the) old city quarters.

hung and his wife are very humble as hosts as well as helpful in all manners. they're prompt in response and understands the needs of guests well. The place is suitable for small family or married couples.

Great apartments! Spent a good time there

Apartment very nice, clean and had everything that you need. We felt very comfortable. The neighborhood offered lots of possibilities for cafes and restaurants, but with a lot less traffic compared to hanoi center. We had a good time and would come back again. Thanks !

Enjoyed my stay here, really great place for working. If you're here to be a tourist it might be a little far out for you - about 20/25mins on a motorbike to the old town. However, it worked well for me as I only went into the old town a few times a week. Nice coffee shops around, 15 min walk to Lottemart. There is an outdated review about having to wake up the guard to enter the property late at night, I was given my own remote to open the gate as I pleased. The highlight for me of my stay here was how warm and helpful the security guard and housekeeper were, they truly made my stay. Lovely people.

The room was as pictured, tastefully decorated and kept clean. It was located on the top floor and about 10 meters in Hem, so I had a pleasant stay without worrying about the noise. Also, it was self check-in late at night, but the caretaker on the 1st floor was very impressed by the gesture and translator to explain it very politely and kindly during my stay even if she didn't understand the language. I have stayed in Vietnam many times in the past, and it is very cost-effective and satisfying.
