House vacation rentals in Bac Tu Liem

We had a few hiccups with our original Airbnb, so our review is solely based on our experience with the hosts and not this exact listing. The hosts were very communicative and responsive to all my questions. They had a staff member to help us with check-in, especially when we had a really late check-in. They were willing to be flexible and helpful. They also helped us arrange for a car pick up from the airport. The rooms we were in were spacious; water pressure and air conditioner worked really well. Good location that was a quick Grab away from the main attractions; we also had access to a coffee shop downstairs that was spacious and cool. Overall the hosts were clear and the space was good! We initially wanted one place with four rooms, with a shared communal living room for our party, however we ended up with four separate rooms on the same floor, which ended up working well. They were sure to accommodate specifically what we asked for when there was a minor hiccup! Great hosts.

Great location!! Lovely place to stay

Everything was really wonderful! Linh went to hand because we wanted to check in faster and offered us a larger apartment that he had available earlier. The only thing that didn't match was the price of the pool, we were told that one resident pool ticket was free, and the rest of the guests at 150,000 vnd per ticket. In fact, we all had to pay after 177,500 for the ticket, for the resident there was only a 15% discount. It's possible that the pool scammed us

Our stay was amazing! The host was extremely respectful and responsive, always replying quickly to any questions. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, which was incredibly accommodating. The house itself was spacious and fantastic. The only minor downside is that it’s about a 15 minute ride to the main area, but Grab rides were always under $3, making it very affordable. Overall, this place offers incredible value for the price!

Nice place, easy to check-in and close to the center

Our stay was cozy and quiet, yet in a neighborhood full of great places to eat!We look forward to returning to our new favorite place to stay in Hanói.

The house is extremely clean, the interior in the room is very lovely. One great plus point, the host has suggested eating places above expectations. I will definitely come back here another time

We were provide a map that was really helpful when trying to find the place. The place looked exactly like in photos and everything was nice and clean. The apartment had ceiling fans and AC so on hot days the apartment was still easy to keep cool. There were also a lot of space to put down your clothes and stuff what we really appreciated. Communicating with the host was smooth and she recommended some local restaurants to try which was really nice from her. Overall, we really liked everything about the place :)

This is a great little pad for exploring Hanoi. The host organised an airport pick up for us & were available for information whenever we contacted them. There’s lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

Bon’s place was a nice getaway for this friends trip. It was big enough for all 10 of us. It’s a budget stay so we did not expect any fancy amenities. Bon’s team was very responsive and helpful with all requests, including transportation bookings to and from the airport. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!

It was really a great place to stay with your friends and family.

The house is located right next to the food street, which made it super easy for my family to grab meals. I recommend the bun cha place just outside, convenient and delicious. The entire house is spacious, clean, and fully stocked with all the essentials. The host was enthusiastic and very supportive. Since we rented the whole place, it felt extremely private and comfortable. Highly recommend this airbnb.

Nhung was a very responsive and responsible host! She helped us with making the transport arrangements and helped to liaise with the drivers throughout. She also had great local recommendations on coffee places! In the day, her place is right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. There are many hidden gems around the streets so do explore the area on foot. In the evening, the streets vendors are gone and the shops are closed. It felt peaceful and you could wind down on the walk in. On the weekends, the night market is just right around the corner.

We had a great stay at Huong’s. She was a very good host. Very helpful and friendly. The place was great for our two families of 9.

The pictures provided for check-in were very clear so it was very easy to find despite it being tucked in an alleyway. For people who have a harder time moving, the stairs are a little steep and narrow, but shouldn’t really be an issue for others.

The host is so responsive. And the space is so clean and organize. Our transaction is so smooth and easy to follow the instruction that they gave us.

Hosts were really great and brought us an extra blanket and batteries for a remote. Very responsive and friendly. Location is good as well. Thank you! 🙏

Great value, great location and great host - this is what Airbnb is all about! The apartment is basic but spacious with everything you need including a lovely balcony overlooking a bustling corner for great people watching. The shower is very hot and there's a basic kitchen if you want to cook. The WiFi/internet is very strong (150mbps+) both inside and on the balcony so it's a great place to work, just be aware that during the day and into the evening there's a fair amount of noise from the road. Be is so friendly, she's an artist with a little shop downstairs and was waiting for me upon checkin. Make sure you get yourself a t-shirt made by her while you're there! The location is great for everything in old quarter, walk out the door and within a few minutes you're in the middle of everything.

Quiet place and very strategic location to go around Hanoi.
