Modern beautifull house just across the street from the beach, nice restaurants and 4 mins with the car to Ponta Delgada center. nice view to the ocean, super market 50 metres away, bus stop, post office, farmacy and butcher. Free parking around or in the garage. There's a coffee and some locals around.
