Monthly Rentals in Avondale

The rental place was very clean, it was a gated place with a fob to open gate. We felt safe- enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Our walks were nice in the complex and out side of the complex. I would have enjoyed it more if we could have walked to a coffee shop. Only a few minutes drive to restaurants and stores. Our host texted to our questions- and answered it with in an hour!!

Oh my goodness🥳🎉🎊!!!! Brittany’s Place was absolutely positively ridiculously the absolute BEST place ever, next to being HOME. Her place was majestically pristine clean from the front door to the back door. The beds slept like an upscale hotel. The backyard had a “BlackStone” which forced my family and I to “think” of something to cook just so we could sit outside the entire time we stayed there. The ONLY way a guest does not give Brittany a five-star rating would be because they booked the property but never made it. That’s the ONLY way she would not receive a five-star. Also, I want to mention but I am choosing not disclose exactly what it was (because just in case she chooses to do something different) she left us a very very very thoughtful “Happy” I loved my stay and already had a conversation with my family and we ALL agree. Brittany’s Place will be our “go to” every time we visit Arizona🦋

Joseph and Angela were great hosts. The condo is located in a gated community and access to the property was easy . You can enter the condo via the single car garage or the front door. The landscaping is lovely and professional. We loved being able to use the community pool and hot tub, which were in a peaceful setting and were not crowded. The pool area included a small exercise room with machine and free weights, which was clean and uncluttered. The condo was very clean and well stocked with pots, pans, spices, soaps, shampoos, linens, pool towels, and toilet paper. The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. It seemed to us, if you needed something, it was anticipated and present in the condo. Also, we loved the close access to grocery stores and eateries. We could easily walk to two grocery stores. We plan to book a few weeks here next year if the place is available.

Brenda's place was amazing!! I stayed for about 6 weeks and it was the perfect place for me. It fit all of my needs and more. The area around the condo is the best. Very nice community and around all of the action. I will be back!
