Great location if you want to visit Autumn at Oz! Condo is clean, cozy, and in a beautiful setting. Hosts were very responsive. Highly recommended staying here.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hibernation station. It is a very cozy, clean condo and we felt right at home. We didn’t anticipate how walkable it was! The kids loved being able to walk to the playground and to the sledding hill. Without little kids, I could also have walked to some of the local restaurants. The kids LOVED the pool, spa, and game room. We will definitely be back!

Best for the area. Was right where I needed to be by the Overlook Barn for a wedding. (I wasn’t aware mountain homes had no AC lol so that was on me.) Had your basics for a nice clean stay. Bring your toiletries and coffee pods, etc. Simple clean and easy. Thanks!

The views are unbeatable from this location’s balcony. You’re literally on a mountain top in the clouds. Condo’s right next to two coffee shops, less than 10 minutes from great restaurants, and very private. It’s a great stay if you’re looking to relax in NC’s mountain towns. Hope to be back for another 3-day weekend.

Love this place stayed here for a week and omg I swear I didn’t want to leave! Best experience. The house is so cozy and was the perfect sized for me and my co-workers and the view oh we loved the view most definitely have to come back and I highly recommend 10/10

We really enjoyed our stay. We were comfortable and loved the gorgeous balcony view. Was that Grandfather Mountain I saw? We’d like to come again when it isn’t freezing cold outside so we can appreciate the view even more! The front desk called the shuttle driver for us as needed, and there was little to no wait time whenever we needed them. The fireplace in the property couldn’t be used, but there’s a nice big fireplace in the sitting area downstairs that we enjoyed.

Beautiful view off the balcony and quiet and private even with neighbors in the building. Close to everything especially Grandfather Mountain and the parkway. Breakfast and coffee at Mountain Grounds coffee and tea was amazing. Master bedroom is big enought to fit a pack n play if needed.

Great spot to enjoy a winter storm! Close to skiing, tubing and other winter attractions. Meghan was extremely responsive, we booked very last minute and she still accommodated our family.

Arnold said it best," I'll be back!" We found accessing the room was easy. Everything we expected was there. No disappointment. Host was quick to respond to messages.

We loved our stay here. The condo was exactly what we were looking for.

We stayed at Reyes’s place for six weeks. And unusually long time for a stay, but we knew it would be great and it was. We had been to Sugar Top before and knew that we love the area and in communicating with Ray, we knew that it would be perfect for us. The views were amazing. The condo was clean and well maintained. Ray was going to be in the area and stop by to check on us. He gave us great ideas on local attractions. Very friendly and secure easy to communicate with and would jump on anything that we needed. Reached out to us proactively without us even asking just to make sure that we were happy with everything. I strongly recommend this property as a great deal with a great host.

We had a great stay and it was convenient to Sugar Mountain, although not ski in and ski out. The sunrise was beautiful; the sun rising behind Grandfather Mountain. The condo was on the 7th floor and it felt like we were at the same elevation as Grandfather Mountain. The view itself is almost worth the price of admission. It is windy on top of the mountain, so wind noise and hazards of high winds are a factor, but if you want to be on top that is part of the experience.

My husband and I recently got married after having our mountain wedding suddenly changed to a Raleigh wedding following the devastation of Helene. This was our first trip back to western NC and we could not have found a better place to stay in Beech Mountain with our dogs. Weather graced us with a solid snowfall and being in the house with a sauna was delightful! The area is lovely, accessible to restaurants and hiking trails. We were incredibly impressed with the cleanliness of the house as well as the hosts communication. HIGHLY recommend staying here should you find yourself in the area!

Our group had a fantastic trip at Beech Retreat! The location is perfect for spending time at Beech Resort skiing and close enough to hiking and other outdoor activities, plenty of parking and comfortable beds for a large group. Hot tub and fire pit are great to hang out outside and lots of space indoors. Kitchen is a tad small but well-stocked with every pantry staple and kitchen tool you could possibly need when cooking. Melissa covered all the bases and even went above and beyond with snacks, coffee, plenty of towels, and more. We loved staying here and hope to be back next year!

We just returned from our stay on Sugar Mountain. Our host was amazing. We were all very impressed with how beautiful this place was inside and all the little detail. Everything looked brand new. There were little care packages at our arrival and a thank you card for choosing them. There were more appliances than we knew what to do with, a washer/ dryer, blender, crock pot, mixer, pots, pans, spices, so much more and everything was so clean. This place was immaculate. Better than expected. Note: it is on the top of a steep mountain. Parking is on the lot below so you need to take the shuttle back and forth from the condo to your car, but the drivers were incredible.

We loved our stay at this beautiful cabin! The views truly are amazing. The house is stocked with everything you might need. There is plenty of room and seating all throughout the house. Tamara was very easy to communicate with. Both Beech Mountain and Banner Elk are very cute areas. Would definitely return!!

We had such a wonderful visit! Dave was very helpful and very responsive. He checked in on us through message to see if we had everything we needed after we arrived. The place was very comfortable and clean. The house was fully supplied and ready to just relax. We enjoyed the amenities of the indoor pool and hot tub every evening. Being on the top floor gave us incredible views of the mountains. Sunrise and sunsets were breathtaking. We enjoyed our stay so much we wanted to make this a new family tradition.

We had a wonderful month long visit at the YesNC mountain home! The view was the best on Sugar Mountain. There is so much to do in the area whether it's hiking, visiting wineries, driving the BRP, playing golf or just taking walks around Sugar Mountain. And after a busy day it was so relaxing to return to the mountain house and enjoy the view from the large patio or sit by the fireplace on chilly evenings. The house has all the amenities you will need including a well appointed kitchen, comfy beds, and large TV. It was just my husband and I, but the downstairs is perfect for a family with children.
