Comfy home, great stay.

What a great place. A safe easy walk to many nearby restaurants, groceries and downtown. The house and backyard was nice and easy to work in. Grill works perfectly and the kitchen is great for prep and cooking. Very comfortable beds and the shower is an experience. Lovely place to stay, adding it my favs for my next trip back to Austin. C

We had a few hiccups in our plans before our stay they were very kind and helpful. We had a few minor things happen at the house they were very responsive and quick to resolve issues, with none the issues being their fault. Loved having the backyard with playset for the kids. Would definitely stay again!!

We loved our stay in this tiny home! Everything was great-- the space was sweetly decorated and well-thought-out. I loved the light through the windows in the morning. The kitchen was very well stocked with quality cookware, and the location was convenient to the Renaissance Festival and doing a few other things in Austin. When we ran out of paper towels, management came over and got more for us almost immediately-- very attentive. The neighborhood of tiny homes is cute, tucked in the back of an RV resort.

Our group of girls absolutely LOVED our stay! This house was perfect. Beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. It looked even cuter in person. The house was so close to everything - just a quick uber or walk away. The hosts were so accommodating, flexible, and so quick to respond to any questions we had. 11/10 stay!! We will absolutely be back for our next trip.

We enjoyed this beautiful home in Hutto! We rented it for the weekend for the Two Step Inn festival, and we will definitely stay here next year. It was a short 15 minute drive into Georgetown. Pristine home with a gorgeous pool and hot tub. Our group of 4 ladies felt right at home. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for my 30th birthday trip, and it was amazing! The house was spotless, and all the beds were super comfortable! The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the area easily. Robin was really quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Everything was delivered as promised as far as amenities and what to expect on arrival. Nice coffee shop and breakfast in lobby. Very nice room and bed. Rooftop pool was very relaxing. Wife enjoyed it as well! Will be back! Cons: Lighting in room. Room key sometimes malfunctioned in elevator. Suggestion: room keys on apps. Needed more ice. Overall 8/10 Good Value

Drew’s place was just as described! The surrounding area may look sketchy at first, but inside the complex everything was normal and felt good. His apartment looks just exactly as the pictures! Would recommend for a large group visiting Austin as it is close to Downtown and the touristic places.

Check in was quick and easy. The space was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels for the week which I appreciated. Quick response time when I messaged with questions. Decent gym, pool, and outdoor space and located in a fantastic area - super walkable, right next to Rainey St and the river/trails. Had a great stay and would come back!

Great place to stay in Austin! This particular unit looks over a parking garage so not the best view from your actual room. However, there’s an awesome pool on the top floor with amazing views. Location is super close to Lady Bird and walkable to pretty much anything dowtown. Fairly strict on check-in and check-out times but we were able to store our luggage at the front desk so that was helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay, walking distance to almost every main neighborhood, great view of the city from the rooftop. Well stocked kitchen and easy to check in and out.

Nomadic's Vacation Rental was a wonderful place to stay in Austin. It was easy to get to and they were very clear with instructions. I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved my stay! The space was immaculate, did not spot a single stain or dust bunny anywhere. The hosts provided important supplies that I greatly appreciated as somebody who flew into Austin from Chicago. Bathroom had plenty of soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There were water bottles, modelos and wine in the fridge when I checked in. The unit was also very spacious especially for a studio, and the desk had plenty of space for my laptop, portable monitor and other belongings. Last but not least, the location is perfect. Comfortable neighborhood that was close to the action but also very quiet at night. Within a 15-20 minute walk of much of East Austin's finest establishments, and about a 10 minute uber from downtown. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Great stay! Very helpful when we needed extra towels or anything. Place is an amazing location with anything you'd need for stay away from home!

Easy check in and access. The place I stayed in was considerably quiet given the hustle and bustle in the common areas. The staff were responsive to any maintenance concerns I bought to their attention, which were minor.

Everything presented in the ad was exactly how it was when we were there. I would go back again and recommend it to others.
