Villa vacation rentals in Augsburg

The villa is spacious, bright and tastefully furnished, perfect for those looking for a quiet retreat away from the chaos of the city. The location is ideal, a short distance from the shops and the center of the small village and lake of Diessen am Ammersee and trails for pleasant walks. The interiors are very clean and well cared for, and the kitchen is fully equipped, which allowed us to cook comfortably during our stay. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. However, there are a few things to improve: the garden needs more care and the presence of insects in summer in the evening can be annoying, since there are no mosquito nets. Also, considering the size of the villa, it would be useful to have a washing machine available. Despite these small details, the stay was really pleasant and I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants to enjoy a quiet vacation in a picturesque location.

Peace and relaxation, good hotspot to explore the area. In the heart, authentic, honest, without schikimikki - this is the Saxenhammer - the village pub 200 m away, as well as our tip just like Villa K.. Thanks again for hosting.

We stayed with Anton and Rebekka in the Allgäu villa for an extended weekend. The accommodation was easily accessible and you could also quickly reach the surrounding cities by car. Anton was very helpful, nice and also quickly accessible. At the beginning of our trip, we received a good travel document with tips about the house and things to do as well as hiking in the surrounding area. We have always recommended this for inspiration. We recommend the accommodation on any case.

Nicely furnished large house in a very nice town just outside of Munich. We walked to the main area of town for restaurants, bakeries, and Christmas markets. Host is very responsive during the day and helped us out with locations and plans. Really easy to work with and we would easily come back to this location.

We were so fortunate to have found this gem. I live in the states with my husband and three boys but my family is in Augsburg and Tübingen. We came to celebrate an early Christmas and a new baby and the Villa allowed for all of us to comfortably be together. Instructions were very clear, the house was in pristine condition. Everything was clean, tidy, and welcoming at the same time. The hosts were very responsive (as in less than 5min) and checked in over the course of our stay. We really hope to be able to come again. And, the grouchy neighbor is probably just bored and bitter, he wasn’t an issue at all.

We LOVED our stay! This house is so beautiful and truly one-of-a-kind. Madsen was EXCELLENT about communicating before we arrived so that we knew exactly what to do when we got to the house. The backyard view was so peaceful and serene. The only caution I would give is to be aware that parking is on a very narrow street. Even with a sizable garage and driveway, we had a hard time navigating our large van, so just be mindful of the size of vehicle you are using. Would highly recommend to ANYONE! ❤️

Beautiful large modern house, bathrooms large and beautiful. You'll find everything in the kitchen. The surroundings are wonderful. Beds are reasonable. Beautiful antique closets. As the only minor downside are the seats and the sofas. These are old and most uncomfortable.
