Vacation rentals with a pool in Atocha, Arganzuela

Alejandra's flat is very comfortable, clean, good location away from the city centre, so quiet. Communication was excellent, she was always with quick response. The only downside was the location for collection of the key which is 20 minutes walk from the flat. Alejandra prompted offered to pay for a taxi to the flat what we didn't used, but it was a nice touch from her. Check out was no problem at all, as we just had to drop off the keys in the letterbox. I recommend Alejandra's place if you want to have a nice peaceful staying outside the city centre.

I don't give it more stars because it's impossible but the absolute 10. The apartment could say a 9.5 since it could use a renovation to certain things but super well located, quiet, comfortable... I will try to stay there every time I go. Host not a 10, it's an 11. Always pending, willing to help. I use this service biweekly in madrid and for me it has been a top 3 certainly. Want to repeat

Fran y Isabel’s flat was amazing. The 2 terraces were beautiful and just like the pictures. Lots of space for our family and in the middle of town. A short walk to the Bernabéu for a match, and close to multiple Metro stations. The flat was clean and inviting, and Francisco was very responsive and good with communication. They even provided a city guide with great recommendations!

Brilliant apartment located within walking distance of the Bernabéu. The apartment is comfy, clean and has lots of space. It is also very quiet at night. Me and a friend stayed here to attend the Real vs Athletico game and it was the perfect location. A few minutes walk to lots of places to eat and have a drink, as well as close to a supermarket. It also only took 25 minutes to get back from the stadium after the game which finished at 11pm at night. We felt very safe walking back in the area the apartment is. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Madrid.

Perfect place to stay for an overnight before/after train rides from Chamartin. Clean, well equipped, nice views, easy access from train station. Very helpful, friendly, communicative host. Would stay again!

Raquel's place was very inviting, white glove service from start to finish. quiet community, beautiful home and home amenities where perfect. Home has private parking that was available. Also had cable TV service - free of charge, great for my children. enjoyed plenty of sunlight. Bathroom and showers where amazing. Beds where comfortable after a long walks site seeing. This is a must stay and very close to Madrid (downtown). We had a rental vehicle.

Very nice apartment, with lots of space, close to the airport and the city center. Rafael was nice and responsive to all the requests. Supermarket and restaurant just around the corner.
