Apartment vacation rentals in Atocha, Arganzuela

Everything went really smoothly on our stay. Pablo was very helpful at all times. The apartment was quite clean and tidy; very easy access, all explained to detail. It is located away from the center but next to a subway mouth, so in 15 min you are in the middle of Gran Vía. As aspects to improve, you could add a thief or extension for the plugs, as for example in the kitchen, you had to unplug coffee maker or microwave to connect the toaster. On the other hand, the bed seemed a little uncomfortable, but good for a couple of nights, for highlighting some detail. Overall I'm very happy to have chosen this apartment. Thank you!

A very equipped and comfortable apartment for the two of us. Everything worked great and the host made us feel at home worried about the details. We loved the neighborhood, full of restaurants, shops and supermarket. Good connectivity everywhere, we walk to the historic center without problems. Repeat when we come back to Madrid!! Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay here! At first, the flat felt a bit “basementy” since it’s on the ground floor, but we quickly got used to it and felt very comfortable. The place is super clean and has everything you need, including shower gels. Getting to the city center is super easy - just hop on bus 65 or 31. Metro is close as well. There are some restaurants and bars nearby, but I’d recommend taking the bus to the center for more options. Thanks Andrea. Would defintely visit again!

Our stay at this Airbnb in Madrid was excellent. The apartment is super comfortable, perfectly equipped and is located in an ideal area to enjoy the city. My family and I felt at home as it comes with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Also the cleanliness was impeccable and the hosts were very helpful at all times. The apartment offers everything you need to spend it excellent as a family, the area offers many places to eat and have a drink has many supermarkets around and is very close to the places of interest, very conducive to walking, Alex and Sara's attention is unbeatable

I loved the stay in Leonor's apartment, right in the center really close to everything on foot, everything clean, towels and clean bed clothes, a great shower for a relaxing bath after a long walk, equipped kitchen and everything organized, I spent 5 days with 5 people and served us perfectly. Thanks Leonor for serving us so well. The building has an old corridor but inside the apartment is all brand new.

Great location and space

Wow! Juan Antonio tracked our flight and saw we were delayed and accommodated us upon arrival. He graciously walked through the house and functions, shared tips on museums, recommended great running trails, and left a lovely continental breakfast for us. We were a group of four adults and four teens and the space was perfect (no kids had to share beds!) there were plenty of linens, and the living room set up allowed for kids to play games while adults chatted, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. You are steps from Plaza de Espana and Temple Debod and less than 10 minutes walking to the palace. The area had tons of dining options and felt incredibly safe.

We stayed here for 8 nights. The apartment is in a fantastic location, in the heart of Madrid. Although it's close to the Metro we hardly used it as central Madrid is so close by we walked everywhere. The flat itself is stylish and cosy with a great little kitchen. Seo & Felipe were extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment, well located in the Chueca neighborhood. The small kitchen is functional, large bath in the bathroom. You will find everything you need, I highly recommend it, and José is responsive at any time. Recommended;)

Frank and Maga were very helpful and responsive from the beginning of the booking. They helped us having a lovely time during the days surrounding the ne years eve. The apartment is huge with great bedrooms and a very nice wellness area in the lower floor. The cinema room is simply stunning and very enjoyable with its entertainment system. Introduction videos for the whirlpool and sauna in English could be a helpful add on for the future. Nevertheless Maga sent a friend who did the introduction to us in personal on the same day of arrival. Thank you very much for hosting us and making our stay in Madrid a time to remember!

Place looks just like the photos. The space is the attic of the apt underneath. Although completely separated by a mechanical blind, which gives the space privacy, you can still hear people below. During my stay lower floor was empty except for one day when I was able to hear them as if they were inside the space. It wasn’t a problem for me, but it it something to consider if you are looking for extreme privacy. Also, is a 4th floor walk up but that I knew as it was accurately stated in the description. Host is responsive and friendly. I had a great time in Madrid staying in this place.

This was a great rental. Quiet, clean and super comfy bed !

Marta was a great host. We stayed for a few days and left to visit another city. We returned to this apartment a few days later for a second stay and it was just as amazing as the first. Thank you so much for a great visit.
