Just a quick mile (3 minutes) to the interstate makes this place close enough to be convenient and far enough to be quiet. Or, instead of hopping on the interstate, just continue on into the heart of downtown Cedar Rapids for business or pleasure. Luxurious 12 inch memory foam mattresses on each bed for exceptional rest. When you're awake, there's a Keurig and high speed internet (100 Mb).

The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in. Check out my other listing next door. 3 bed 2 bath if you need more space.

The beautiful sunsets are worth the stay alone! The place was so peaceful and was great for our dogs. Dan provided clear instructions and was very responsive. We had a minor drain issue, but he was quick to respond and more than willing to come fix it.

We had a family reunion at this beautiful home and it was beyond amazing. The home is just so gorgeous and the grounds are stunning. We got to be there with the peony garden in bloom! What a treat. The host was very communicative and responsive. The place had everything we needed for our family gathering. We definitely hope to be able to stay again next year!

Sarah’s place was great. I loved the Bohemian themed loft! She included a free yoga class just a short walk away. What a treat! I was concerned about the city location but I parked in the back in front of the mural and at night there was no one around.

The kitchen features wooden cabinetry and dark countertops, paired with stainless steel appliances. A black refrigerator stands against the wall, while two area rugs add comfort to the space. An entrance to the adjoining room is visible through the archway.

Great single family home that is in a central area. Home was completely as described, clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone in the Cedar Rapids or Iowa City area.

A modern bathroom features a spacious vanity with a large mirror above it. Light fixtures hang above, illuminating the area. A striped shower curtain separates the shower from the rest of the bathroom, while decorative shelves hold plants and toiletries. Soft bath mats are placed on the floor.

Loved my stay at Brady's place! The house is close to downtown and NewBo, and has been prepared for guests with a lot of thought and care. I really appreciated having a dishwasher and a washer/dryer unit in the house. My stay was really comfortable and convenient, and the neighborhood was quiet despite being close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!
