Entire property for use of guests. While we do not live on the property we are only a phone call away. The cabin is nestled in the heart of the Western North Carolina's Blue Ridge Mountains, close to downtown Hendersonville. It's centrally located between Brevard and Asheville. Parking for up to 3 vehicles on-site Amenities include an outdoor fire pit, grill, coffee maker and fully functioning kitchen. A tree-house is located onsite for adventurous young ones. Enjoy slow pace

This is a 1940's stone cottage. Great fenced in yard with covered area with fire pit, grill, and seating and eating area. Great place to relax and let your worries roll away ( my personal favorite is the Eno hammock). The house also has a great front porch with porch swing. The house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath. It also has sleeper sofa and cot for little ones. It is one mile to downtown and one mile to Montreat college . Pets are welcome, a maximum of 2 dogs, there is a $50.00 pet fee .

my friends and i had a great time staying here during lindy focus! so spacious, with really fun and funky decor, and close to grocery, pharmacy, and downtown, with ample parking. zeki was very quick to respond whenever we had questions. it was really the perfect spot for us, though i wish we had had time to use the fire pit! we're already talking about staying here again next year :)

Erin was a great host! She was very communicative throughout our stay. We got in late at night and all the lights were on, with fresh eggs and bread waiting for us. Such a nice touch. Her place was very clean and comfortable. She had tons of toys in the spare room, which our daughter loved. The front porch is so charming with all the flowers in bloom. We had a wonderful stay at the Little Stone Cottage in Hot Springs, NC, while bringing books to the community as the 21st Century Packhorse Librarians. The cottage was immaculately clean, charming inside and out, and in a perfect walkable location to downtown. The spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds made for a restful stay, and the hot tub was a fantastic way to unwind. The trout fishing in the river right out front was incredible—our son caught a dozen trout! We also loved dining at the Smoky Mountain Diner and exploring all the town has to offer. If you’re looking for a peaceful, cozy getaway with great amenities and easy access to everything, we highly recommend the Little Stone Cottage!

Bob was great! Responsive and clear instructions. The view from the cabin is amazing and the deck is perfect for sitting and grilling. Being able to bring our dogs was the best part! If Bob added a swing gate with a latch, it would be even better. The living room furniture feels a bit big for the space, but it provides great seating for chatting and playing games, and the couch is very comfortable. The beds are also really big for the space, but they’re really comfortable! Bob’s cabin is perfect for a cozy weekend with friends in Lake Lure.

The Nest - A Peaceful & Convenient 2BR Retreat

Gabrielle and Eric were incredible hosts even in really difficult circumstances. During our stay hurricane Helene hit NC and there was a lot of flooding and trees falling. As with a lot of NC the water, power and cell service went out but Gabrielle went above and beyond to make sure that we had food and water and light. The entire area was affected including their own home but they still checked in with us and kept us updated on what they heard about the situation and had the culvert to the cabin rebuilt on the same day. Aside from the events the airbnb was lovely. It’s modern inside with sizeable rooms and more than enough space for the three of us. It was clean and warm and well stocked. We had our toddler with us and she had a great time with the toy box provided. We also really appreciated the high chair and children’s cutlery/crockery provided.

This is by far one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in. From the beginning of the trip to the end it was perfect. Communication with Trace (the host) could not of been easier and the amount of information about the house and the area that was provided was very useful. Check in, to include getting there and parking was easy. The house itself was sparkling clean and had every amenity anyone would need. This is the perfect location for couple friends having a vacation together or families just wanting to get away. Getting to downtown was also easy. I would recommend going back and forth between ride share services to get the timing and type of vehicle you need. Check out was easy as well. Overall this was just a great experience. To quote one of my guests “this place could not be better for us. It’s awesome”.
