me and a work colleuge stayed here on a work trip, we have booked this place out till the end of our job, would greatly reccomend this place ! Great value, very clean and the hosts are great people, very helpful, also a pub a one.minute walk away that serves good beer and great food

The house was perfect for our family to stay in while visiting relatives in Leicester. It is not near the city centre but is on a quiet road and on street parking is easy. The house is spacious and beautifully presented. The beds were huge and extremely comfortable with top class bed linen. We were there in very cold weather but the heating was very efficient and we could adjust the thermostat as required.

We couldn’t have been more satisfied with our experience at Blakelow farm. The cottage was immaculate and well maintained with every detail thoughtfully considered. A welcome pack of yummy goods on arrival and beautiful bathroom amenities ready on the bed. Andrew was very helpful and responsive at all times, a great host and would recommend anyone to stay here.

Amber’s AirBNB was very well presented throughout with thoughtful festive touches including Christmas trees, decorations and a set dining table with Christmas crackers! We all enjoyed our stay and felt quickly at home in this lovely property. Amber was extremely responsive and proactive in giving us all the information we required. We had the best nights sleep at Grace’s place. It was warm, cosy and comfortable. It had everything we needed and Grace was really responsive and easy to communicate with. Thank you !

The cottage is beautiful, amazing views from every window and lovely touches throughout - felt really homely with absolutely everything you could possibly need. We used it as a base for a couple of days walking and it was perfectly positioned for that - in an elevated position looking out over Matlock Bath and straight onto numerous trails. Excellent communication from the host and so pleased we chose to stay there.

Superb place for a family get together. Large lounge with plenty of seating and spacious bedrooms meant everyone felt right at home. Views were stunning and so close to Carsington Water. We didn’t explore as much due to Storm Bert but felt cozy at home with the log burner! Pub within staggering distance. Excellent hosts who helped us out with snowy conditions. Definitely would highly recommend and will return !

Stayed for 2.5 weeks whilst I waited for my apartment to become available, really nice and cozy place to stay and overall great. Didn't experience any problems whatsoever.

What a wonderful way to spend a Christmas holiday with my partner and our pack in such a beautiful peaceful and scenic location the cabin was beautiful with a very well enclosed garden space, lots of room for the dogs to roam The hot tub was beautifully heated and a wonderful treat for sunset and the cabin was beautifully comfortable couldn’t recommend this place more highly if I tried, many thanks, Adam, Vicki and pack
