Vacation rentals with a patio in Aschheim

Mario & Nicole's place was wonderful! Very spacious and clean and in the perfect location. They are right by the water, so I even took a morning dip in the lake! Everything was perfect and they were very communicative. I would absolutely recommend this place to someone else and would love to come back at some point for another stay! Thank you Mario & Nicole!

We loved the size of the bathroom and the heated floors. Nothing like warm floors when it is 30 degrees outside. Nice size common room, plenty of space for the 2 of us. Balcony was a nice touch too but just a little cold to sit outside. Bedroom with 2 single beds is all we needed. Kitchen has 2 burner stove and the espresso machine was nice. Aldi was about 5 minutes away and grab enough supplies for our 3 day stay. Really like Anton. He was super helpful and very proactive.

Matthias is a great host. The apartment was clean and tidy and it has everything you need or require. Nearby there is a bus station that takes you everywhere ;) I liked the apartment and would definitely come back again.

Spacious light flat with everything you need. Beautiful view on the meadows. Walking distance to the lake and close to the supermarket and train station. Our two kids loved it too, and appreciated the games. Can highly recommend!

Exactly like the photos - all amenities in very nice style and complete - full Wifi and desk with garden view ! Constantin was very helpful throughout the entire stay.

I really liked everything. Nice and clean apartment. There are no clutter in the apartment, as I was traveling with a small child it was very convenient for me. Very convenient location, many interesting places that are close to housing. Also nearby is a metro station, which is also very convenient for traveling around the city. I was very satisfied)

Easy check-in via key box. Spacious house, beds were made and plenty of towels available. We were only there for one night and left the next morning. I can't say anything about the kitchen equipment.

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

The property is very spacious . Karin takes care of you immediately if you have a concern. All in all , we had a lovely time with her.

Michael and Lena were very nice hosts with a great house in a great location. It was all as in the photos, we felt right at home there. The cats were great, very affectionate and cute, we missed them after the holiday! You can do a lot in the area: cycling, hiking, swimming, sup riding,...We would definitely come back.

Wonderful apartment with great terrace! Everything is sparkling clean and absolutely no speck of dust to be found, kitchen and bathroom fully equipped with everything. Great location to the lake, good parking. Check in easy and fast. Hence my fullest recommendation! 🤗🤗🤗

It's a very high quality furnished apartment and every room has access to the balcony. The location and excursion options are also 1A without having a car! Rainer and his wife are very warm and nice, the area as well as "the home", everything is highly recommended!

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with parking in front of the house. You go to the apartment at ground level despite the hillside location, which was an advantage for my mother with a walker. Unfortunately, the weather was modest, but thanks to Netflix and cozy apartment, a rainy day "at home" was also no problem. The apartment is fully furnished, the beds were wonderfully comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is ideal for daytrips to Munich or the region south of Munich towards the Alps. A very important feature was the very comfortable bed !

Very quiet. The neighbor is very helpful. The apartment is large and clean. The only downside to the apartment is that the oven is quite noisy at night.

Stephan’s apartment is very lovely and comfortable. My family of five stayed during Christmas and we had such a wonderful stay. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The heating works very well, as it was quite cold. The convenience of the tram directly outside the front of the building was wonderful. We would certainly stay again.

We had a lovely family vacation in Gauting. The house is the perfect base for exploring the region and relaxing after a long day. Our 2.5-year-old liked the "wooden house" very much, just like us. We felt completely comfortable and would book it again at any time.
