House vacation rentals in Asbury Park Beach

We really enjoyed our stay here! Having the pool was fantastic and the house was bigger than I anticipated when I booked. What a little oasis. Appreciated the parking at the house and the side street parking. Loved the quick access to other shore towns. A great find overall.

We had a lovely stay near family at this upscale home with terrific amenities. Mike was communicative and the amenities top notch — something for everyone in our family to relax and enjoy plus plenty of space in the well-appointed house. Quiet neighborhood just 20 minutes from the shore, and the pool made for great family time as well.

Me and my Fiance (now wife) booked this house for our wedding weekend. Keith was an absolutely incredible host! He communicated effectively and quickly. The house was absolutely beautiful. My wife and her bridal party had plenty of room to get ready on the morning of our wedding while getting their hair and makeup done. They even took gorgeous photos outside in the beautiful backyard. The house was not only beautiful, but it was very clean! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable!! The pool was amazing, and we were able to enjoy a nice extended weekend stay after our big day, like a mini honeymoon vacation. We absolutely love Asbury Park and we travel there frequently, however in recent visits all of the local hotels have been extremely disappointing and overpriced. When we found this house hosted by Keith, we knew it was meant to be for our special weekend and it was more than we could have ever hoped for! 10/10 recommend! 5 stars all around! We will book again

The home is so cozy and clean, offers you very good privacy in the backyard. Everything keeps in a very good condition. The location is very convenient. It’s not the kind of typical investment Airbnb house you can find anywhere. It’s a sweet home you will have the warmth feeling from heart that you will forget this is an Airbnb. Definitely recommend it!

Our multi-generational family had a wonderful stay at The Hayworth. We were able to cook a Thanksgiving meal with all the traditional dishes, including a large turkey and all the sides in a fully stocked kitchen. There are plenty of pots & pans (mostly in good condition), large serving dishes, bowls, etc. The house is very well appointed and cozy. The boardwalk is about a 10 minute walk, as well as Cookman Ave. where there are many fabulous restaurants and fun shops to explore. The fire pit in the backyard was a real treat. Our grandchildren loved making S'mores and since the weather was quite chilly, it was so lovely to sit by the fire wrapped in blankets listening to our favorite holiday songs by the light of the moon.

This studio is small, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. The host was quick to respond when we needed him for a matter concerning parking which he resolved quickly. This is a great rental for 1-2 people looking for a comfortable space near the upper Jersey Shore.

We were in the area for a softball tournament and Jena’s place was perfect for our family of 5. Cute, clean, and within walking distance to all that the beach and boardwalk have to offer when we weren’t at games. Jena was an excellent host; very friendly and responsive. She thought of everything. I would highly recommend!!

This house was perfect for my family to all come together for a visit. It was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks and fenced in yard.

We had the perfect getaway. This house is adorable. The location is fantastic. Jimmy could not have been a more gracious host! It was lovely waking up to watch a sunrise, and enjoying our coffee while sticking our toes in the sand. In the evening, we watched the sunset and the moon rise right over the horizon. We even saw a shooting star! This was truly a relaxing and rejuvenating weekend at the beach. We can't wait to come back. Thank you for everything, Jimmy!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! It was the perfect house and location for a group of 7. The house exceeded all of our expectations and is even better than the pictures show. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly arranged for a relaxing stay. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach, the Seaside Heights boardwalk and some great lobster rolls! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing stay.

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had! The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to extra blankets. The host provided great local tips, and check-in was a breeze. Looking forward to staying here again next time we’re out of town.

The place was perfect and served the purpose. Access to the unit was pretty easy.and we found the unit to be neat and clean. The rental cost was reasonable given the area. The instructions from the host were pretty clear and the response from the host was quick. We definitely will look up this unit in the future.

This is a lovely house in a perfect location so near the beach. We spent a week here with family and it was so comfortable. Having three full bathrooms as well as a full size washer/dryer really made a difference and the kitchen was so easy to work in. Hoping we will be able to return!

We couldn’t have stayed at a nicer place. Everything was clean, beds were super comfy, and there were lots of nice extras which we really appreciated. We had one small issue which the owners were super responsive to, and they even followed up to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved this house, and Hong was the perfect host! The location was perfect - just three blocks from the beach, so it was a quick walk but also removed enough from the amusements to be quiet. We loved the layout of the house, with four spacious bedrooms upstairs that opened into a common room with a pool table, and two more bedrooms downstairs. The large kitchen and dining area was amazing; it had plenty of seating for a large group of people. Hong was very generous and flexible about check-in and check-out times. When we had a question about something in the house, he was on the spot in five minutes. We would definitely recommend this house for a great time near the boardwalk and beach.

We stayed here for a weekend off season for a wedding. The place was perfect! The host was super responsive, flexible and friendly. The place was clean with updated appliances and amenities. You were right across from the beach. Highly recommend for on season or off season stays!
