Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Asbury Park Beach

Beautiful home, amply equipped. Lovely, large back yard perfect for outdoor together time in warmer weather. This was the perfect home base for our family & only a 2 minute drive from my son's place! Spacious & cozily comfortable at the same time. We had no water for about a day, but that was the whole block. Nothing anyone could do about that, except for the city, who worked to get that service restored. So fun to see the host's own original artwork decorating walls here & there!

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

Excellent stay! House is beautifu, great location & the communication from the hosts is top notch! House is dog friendly, so there is some dog hair on the downstairs couch. The chairs at the dining room table are very wobbly.

This house was perfect for my family to all come together for a visit. It was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks and fenced in yard.

Beth did a great job of communicating with us —making it easy for me to contact her with any questions. The home was clean and had a great backyard area. My group particularly appreciated the towels, kitchenware, and bikes that were available during our stay. I would certainly stay here again.

Summer came and went without my family and I spending as much time as we wanted at the beach. So to make sure we got our fill of sun, sand and water, we rented Brian's house right on the beach and we couldn't be happier. The location was peaceful enough but active enough to keep you entertained while relaxing. In walkable distance to everything you need on a jersey shore vacation. Loved seeing the kids run on the boardwalk, laughing and acting like kids on a shore weekend. Great views from the second floor balcony and enjoyed saying hello and talking to people ealki g by from the 1st floor front porch. We had 4 adults and 2 kids in the house and never at any point felt like we didn't have enough room. Great house and location. Brian is easy to get along with and is an involved host. We are definitely coming back next year.

extremely clean in all areas- high quality linens and towels generous with supplies such as soaps and shower needs. kitchen was well stocked and surprised to find coffee and filters- nice to come into such a clean and neat place

Edward was very responsive to all of our inquiries, and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay while visiting for the Sea Hear Now music festival! Tami was very helpful and very communicative throughout our stay. The place was perfect and everything we needed for our weekend getaway!

This is our 2nd stay with Chris and Nell, we love the location and the swim spa, the king bed and linens, the outdoor shower, convenience, location and parking. The unit itself is cozy, but modern, clean, perfect for our weekend stays. As hosts, Chris and Dell are very responsive and proactive. We hope to stay here again!

Christina was a great host. She made sure with my wheelchair situation, the driveway and the home entrance was well ramped. I felt at home as soon as I came there. My bf and I had a great time there. This place is close to the boardwalk as well. Various food options nearby with great stores just within less than a mile. I cant thank Christina enough for her amazing home she let us borrow and use like our own :) 7 STARS!

Domenic's apartment is comfortable, pristine and clean. Completely redone apartment that looks brand new. Highly recommended.

Wil is a great host and responds promptly to messages. The condo is large and comfortably slept seven. It is in a great location! Walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but tucked away in a peaceful setting. There is ample parking. The 4 beach passes are a nice money saver! Our family would definitely come back to Wil's place.

My girlfriend I had great time there. We loved the view from the balcony. If we're every back at Seaside, I would definitely want to stay there again.

Charleen and Nick’s apartment was so cute, clean and beautifully decorated! They are walking distance from the beach and driving from so many cute shops and restaurants! We had rain the weekend we were there but it was so cozy and comfortable we had a great time hanging out in the apartment as well! They gave great recommendations for the area as well! Great spot all around!

This condo was sooooo perfect for me and my family!! Spacious and so extremely clean , it’s also cozy and beautifully decorated . We loved staying here , the best part was the balcony and that it was only a few steps from the boardwalk and beach !!! Looking forward to coming back in the summer because this is really the best place I have stayed at in seaside heights, you can tell the host really takes care of the place! Oh and it has an awesome backyard where my family and I chilled all afternoon!

This is the perfect little space for a few days at the beach. The location was fantastic for my family-we have two small children and were able to cut 2 blocks over and be on the boardwalk, but still have it be peaceful at night. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Karl was proactive with reaching out and ensuring our trip ran smoothly. Overall everything was great and I would definitely stay again.

We had the best time at Alyson's place. The apartment is so cute and cozy and just a couple blocks walk to the boardwalk and beach. It is absolutely perfect for us. Beds were comfy and was clean and had everything we needed. Would love to stay again.

Jennifer's place was amazing. Very clean home and right by all of the things we wanted to do ! I stayed for a wedding with my mother and my daughter and it had the perfect amount of space. We will definitely bring back !
