We really enjoyed our stay - the flat was spotless, tastefully furnished and in a great location. The check‑in process was smooth and the host was responsive throughout. My only small gripe was the rigidity around check‑in and check‑out times. Check‑in wasn’t available until 4 PM, and check‑out strictly at 10 AM (with a hefty £35 fee to arrive earlier). Our cleaner arrived at 10:15 AM, which felt a little tight. If the host could offer even a 30‑minute buffer on either end, it would make arrivals and departures much more relaxed. Overall, highly recommended - just be aware of the fixed times!

The house is spacious and cozy and stands at the very beautiful and quiet corner of the lake. It is equipped very well too. We particularly enjoyed kayak and hot tab. Janice's responded to my message very quickly and gave us very clear instructions too. Highly recommended.

Myself and five friends had the most wonderful stay at the beautiful Lake House. Mark was prompt with any queries and kindly let us check-in early after some of our group had travelled from far away. The house was as described and immaculately clean. We had everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen and appreciated the three spot-less bathrooms. The sun shone for us, so we were able to enjoy the wrap-around decked outdoor seating area and take advantage of the kayak and rowing boat. The attention to detail with the provision of sporting equipment and board games was fantastic! We enjoyed walks along the canal and to other easily accessible lakes and had a good choice of cafes, bars and restaurants. My friends all discussed returning in the future as a group and with our families. Thank you Mark for making our weekend.

Lovely stay in stow. Was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. Perfect location right in the middle of the town. We were lucky enough to find a parking space on sheep street a one minute walk away. We would definitely recommend this flat. Alex was always quick to respond to questions and gave lots of useful information. Thanks Alex 😊

We had a wonderful stay in the Cotswolds at Vince’s place; absolutely stunning outside space for relaxing with the family and a beautiful house with everything you’d need for the perfect getaway - will 100% be coming back! Also the audio nerd in me was incredibly impressed with the ‘Naim MuSo’ wireless speaker system - a superb extra to find!

We had a lovely stay for a few nights. It wasn't great weather, so the little games room on site was very useful to entertain the kids. Great, quiet, countryside location but not too far from pubs etc. The barn had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Would absolutely recommend to friends and family. My Wife and I stayed in one of the one bedroom apartments. We were able to find decent overnight parking. I would probably suggest booking parking w/ Sally beforehand as spaces do go quickly. Had the pleasure of meeting Sally as I was heading out to grab coffee. Such a pleasant and warm host. She provided some good suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing. A great getaway.

We had a lovely short stay at Apple Tree Cottage when visiting Chippenham to attend a friend’s baby shower. Faye was there to greet us on arrival, was always nearby if we needed anything and very friendly. She was flexible with our arrival time. The cottage has private off-road parking with plenty of space, we had 2 cars in our group so that was handy. The cottage is very well equipped, cosy but also spacious with beautiful period features. The master bedroom could easily fit a cot at the bottom of the bed. The cottage is by a fairly busy road, but didn’t feel like it with a private entrance and garden to the rear and a gate to close off the driveway. We would stay again when visiting Chippenham in future.

Khirsty is a fantastic host – thoughtful, welcoming, and really goes the extra mile. She even saved us a parking spot and left some delicious cookie bars for us, which was such a nice touch. The place itself is beautiful – super tastefully done, with lovely clean linen and high-quality touches throughout, like the body cream and lotions. It really felt like a home away from home. Would absolutely recommend!

The Stables was a wonderful place to relax. The location is really peaceful and beautiful, we enjoyed the woods and watching the bunnies playing in the field. The perfect location to enjoy some peace and tranquility in the countryside. The house also benefits from being right on the lake with a private jetty where you can use all the kayaks and paddle-boards provided. In the surrounding areas there are some beautiful walks where you can explore the nearby areas. The local village in South Cerney is within walking distance which has some convenience stores. It is also very close to drive to some bigger supermarkets for anything else needed. Inside the house, everything is pristine and decor is to a very high standard. The kitchen and dining area was a great open space with room for all of us to be in without feeling cramped. We found a lovely welcome basket included by the hosts and there are all the amenities you would need in the kitchen. The layout of the house was perfect and the ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms was great, even for a group of girls! Overall we had a fabulous trip and the hosts were always on hand to provide recommendations.

Loved staying in Valley View cottage, what a treat to wake up to the goats and chickens outside the back of the accommodation. Great little fenced yard with tables and chairs that was great as we had our two dogs with us. Brilliant kitchen facilities and nice bathroom. Very clean throughout. Would come again! The only critique I could offer would be to update the welcome pack and message as some of the information offered is out of date.

We had a such enjoyable stay at Spinney Falls house. The house is beautiful and in a great location with a gorgeous view from upstairs balcony and bedrooms. The open plan layout is great and the pool table was a hit. The house is situated close to the pool and the football field wasn’t far away either. We had children ranging from 18 months old to 13 years old and everyone had a fabulous weekend. We’d definitely return. Many thanks!

The Avon lodge was the perfect retreat for a relaxing couple of days in the countryside. The house was beautiful, cosy, and spotless and we will definitely be returning. A bonus was our lovely host Carole, bringing us fresh pastries for breakfast in the morning which were delicious!

We had a fantastic stay in Salford cottage. Beautifully decorated and the staff in the pub in front were lovely and always on hand if we needed anything. The weather was gorgeous too so lovely for sitting outside and having a glass of wine in our own private area of the beautiful pub garden! Would definitely return.

Beautiful place and had a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend. Only issues were due to the lack of kindling and fire starters which were state in the job description. When we finally got in touch with our stay manager (the chat function was for the general company) he told us they weren’t available due to it now being BBQ season. The exact date that started wasn’t listed on the property description or rule book on arrival. Also it never stated that these amenities wouldn’t be available during that period. I felt the blame was put on us as customers for the mix up - which should not of been the case. Aside from that the property manager brought us some in a timely manner which partially made up for it! Aside from that it was a wonderful stay and we all had a brilliant weekend
