Vacation rentals in Arkesden

This was the perfect accommodation for our weekend visit. Lesley’s communication was excellent. The flat was much larger than we expected and so clean, warm and welcoming. It absolutely ticked all the boxes of what an Airbnb should have and more. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good location for the purpose of our visit. Nice village friendly pub (Crown). First time cooking on a Rayburn but easy to operate. Great facilities, utensils and good selection of books. Not sure if it would have been ok to book swap as didn’t finish the book I was reading😀. Be careful with parking and car size as quite tight getting in and out. ( hire car mid sized SUV was ok) Maybe coming from Australia used to bigger spaces definitely would have struggled getting my Ute down there😂. Definitely big enough for a family or close friends sharing the house. Lovely starter supplies provided, bread,milk, tea,coffee etc.

Such a beautiful house which looked even better in person. Katy greeted us upon arrival which was a lovely touch & was very responsive throughout our stay. The house is furnished beautifully & is in a great location with Newmarket high street less than 10mins away. We also went into Cambridge which was only a 25min drive. We would love to return, thank you!

Cosy cottage, very homely and well equipped - Andy has thought of everything! We enjoyed a family go on the Wii doing Just Dance. Great fun! Liked the helpful little notes around the place, especially those for the bathroom heated towel rail. We enjoyed a lovely walk around Great Gransden & Little Gransden. Lots of thatched cottages and beautiful houses. A lovely peaceful location. Great for visiting our daughter at Uni in Cambridge.

Yuko was a wonderful host and we were made to feel very much at home. The Koya was lovely with everything we needed and the surrounding area was perfect for great walks. We would 100% recommend the Koya 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Jeanette’s, it was clean, well equipped and very comfortable, it had everything we could need including delicious fresh coffee beans for grinding. Thank you for a great stay!!!! We will definitely recommend Jeanette for friends and family.

This Airbnb is incredible, not enough words to describe. So peaceful, so comforting. There is a gorgeous fire place, a nice warm hot tub to relax in, beautiful scenery and walks. It’s such a relaxing reset in a wonderful location. Sally is an incredible host!!! She knows the area Inside out, makes great recommendations, provides clear instructions on using all amenities including hot tub and fire place. She even stocked us back up on logs half way through our stay!! Such a good find, if you’ve managed to click on to this place, make sure you book!!

Well planned and designed, good range of kitchen utensils, spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

Brilliant stay for a birthday treat! Everything you could need is there to escape the world for a couple of days. Brilliant walks and pubs locally and just 10 minutes into the centre of Cambridge. Fiona was a great host and even sent back to me left belongings. I would highly recommend the hayloft and we will be back in the future thats for sure!
