Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Arkansas River

Great property in a wonderful location. House was modern and beautiful! Linda was great to work with. Would definitely stay there again.

Pros: clean (except for nasty looking carpet) Kitchen well appointed with all our needs. Big to accommodate large group. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub (except me as I got sick soon after we arrived. That sucked. ) Cons: knew there were stairs, but had no concept of how many. Inside and out was pretty inaccessible for me. I’m not handicapped or disabled, but too old for that many. Couldn’t even get to a bathroom without climbing stairs. And that’s a problem when you’re sick! Driveway so steep even my 40 year old daughter had issues with it. Overall, it’s a nice place, just didn’t meet my needs. Hostess was kind in giving us extra time to get out as I was really sick and husband had to do everything to get us out without any help. It was perfect for our family. Unfortunately we were there for my Dad's funeral. But it was perfect for us, my brother, his wife and our 3 grown children. We even got to play a few rounds of pool. My wife loved the Hybrid bed in the Master Bedroom.

We loved staying at Jacquie's home. The house is updated, attractive, well decorated, extremely clean and well maintained. It's light, comfy and cozy, and has a welcoming feeling that makes you smile every time you open the door. The house is well stocked from the kitchen to towels. Given the bitter cold. we did not use the hot tub or the firepit. That said, those features and the side yard beacon a lovely summer or fall retreat. The yard is fenced, perfect for kids and/or fur babies. Jacquie is a fabulous host. She is a proactive and wonderful communicator who works to ensure that you have everything you need (and more) from the time you arrive until the time you depart. We would be delighted to return.

Great stay! The home was even better than the photos . Very clean. Close to everything. The amenities were perfect. Highly recommend! Great place for a family or couples.

we loved the air bnb, had lots to do including board games, darts, and pool. it was very spacious and we had a great time!

Love the place and it was excellent for our family. The only thing we didn’t like was the blinds in the upstairs living room/dining room area. There’s no way to close them (at least that we found) so that passersby could not see in. Our preference is to have the blinds closed at night, but others may enjoy this feature. Other great things about this house, it’s open and spacious. There’s an awesome kids area downstairs that the kids absolutely loved. TVs and couches upstairs and down so if someone wants a different movie it’s all good. Beds are very comfy and the house is clean. We missed the hot tub time because of the weather but would like to come back again sometime and check it out. Hosts were very kind and responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone looking in the area.

First time staying and my kids enjoyed it from the games and toys provided to the outside play area. Even though it was snowing and cold, they still had fun. It is a cute house that feels like home. Loved that towels and candies were laid out on the beds. Super cute touch and I have never seen that in any other Airbnb I have stayed at in Amarillo.

What a beautiful home and stellar location right near the Rio Grande Gorge. Kat & Massimo’s home feels like part of the surroundings, tucked into the hills and piñon trees. The hike to the hot springs in the gorge is a little less than a mile (one way) from the front steps. The views from the deck with the hot tub were fantastic. The stillness and quiet of the area made disconnecting a breeze. I have stayed in other homes in Taos and this one is at the top of my list. I will be back.

This was a great place to stay. All six of us had our own bed. Very interesting architecture… we loved learning the back story of the house. Would definitely stay here again!

Table Rock Villas is a hidden gem! The pool is heated, the hot tub is ready with a bluetooth speaker next to it waiting for you to connect to it, and the outdoor kitchen and fire pit make you want to stay outdoors! The game room with free games and free laundry unit is definitely a much welcomed amenity! The location is wonderful, but do expect to cook on your own, drive a little further to restaurants and have limited delivery options. Dean and Jean went over and beyond as hosts! very communicative with the pool heater inadvertently shutting off, and even coordinated the neighbors to put our grocery delivery in our unit prior to us arriving as we were an hour behind schedule. This prevented us from losing refrigerated items. I would definitely stay here again!

This property is great, large enough in size to host impromptu gatherings for meals, games etc. I look forward to returning in warmer weather when we can take advantage of pool area.

We had such a great experience at this property! Easy to follow rules and expectations, the home had a beautiful, interior aesthetic just like the photos. The home had plenty of linen and blankets. Small things like tooth brushes and small lotions were available in the bathrooms in case we forgot those items. The living areas had plenty of space to spread out. The host was so kind and responsive. Even though it’s winter time, looking at the pool and the small pond created a relaxing atmosphere.

Really loved the location. Close to a Walmart, Target and other restaurants that are not on the main strip for Branson. Close to attractions but not too far. Side streets help bypass the traffic to get to the attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

The outside looked like it would be smaller than we thought but once we got inside it was just as described. We had a great time and the place was very nice to stay at

This place was beautiful! Even better than the pictures and very clean. Amazing views from all of the windows AND the hot tub. Eric was a very attentive host and quick to respond and so so helpful with recommendations and anything we might need! Highly recommend staying here!

Holly’s place was absolutely stunning. The property was super peaceful and private. During the fall, it feels like being in a Twilight movie! We went on a drive to one of her recommendations and it was such a highlight of our trip. Highly recommend the Talimena Scenic Byway! The house was clean, SO cozy. It was decorated for Christmas SO CUTE. We didn’t have to mess with the AC or heat; it was perfect for us. We cooked our meals in the kitchen (couldn’t find any cutting boards!) and it was well equipped!! The hot tub was so relaxing; we stargazed and saw silhouettes of deer roaming the property! The pond is so cute, we were too chilly outside to fish but we really wanted to if we had more time! We also made SO many ladybug friends 🥹 One thing to note, the indoor hot tub doesn’t get hot so we had a very short spa night Thank you Holly and staff for a beautiful stay! Will be recommending this place and hope to return!!

This place it top notch! It was very cozy and private. It was very quiet and nobody bothered us. Everything worked great! Hot tub was really nice even though it was 17 degrees outside. My hair started to freeze when we got out. Super responsive hosts! 10/10 would recommend!!

Great little place to stay! Private, cozy, and very clean. Located about 15-20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs area but an easy drive. The cabin was tastefully decorated with pretty much everything needed. The bed is super comfortable and the hot tub was a plus before turning in for the night. Just be sure to bring your own bath soap and shampoo as there was none provided. And you also may want to bring swim or extra towels for the hot tub so you won’t have to use your shower towels for both. Chelsea is a great host and was always responsive. Definitely a cute little place to sneak away for a weekend.

This cabin is amazing! Everything I wanted for my cozy cabin honeymoon! :) The cabin was spotless and stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. The grill works great. The cabin and property are beyond peaceful! Toni was the perfect host - very communicative; she gave very clear check-in/check-out instructions and made everything about the trip so easy. She was always friendly and quick to respond. Cute patio, hot tub, and fire pit. The location is close to lots of restaurants and fun things to do. Even though there are other houses around, we didn’t even notice! It really feels so private and secluded, yet still close to the main highway so it’s easy to get anywhere. All of the locals that we met were a delight! Friendly and gave us food/activity/shopping recommendations. We will ABSOLUTELY be staying again and I can’t wait!

My wife and I spent the weekend enjoying each other, and this cabin was so instrumental in getting us some alone time! Billy was great to work with, and we Will definitely book again!

Kevin was super responsive with answering any questions . The cabin was so peaceful, the perfect reset. It was clean and easy to access. Everyone we interacted with in the area was really nice and helpful.
