Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Arkansas River

We had a wonderful stay!! The house was so cute and felt very homey. The hot tub was clean and made for a great amenity. Linda left very detailed instructions and notes about the house which was so helpful! If we don’t know where something was, we could look it up in the binder she left us and find our answer. Linda is very kind and responsive. When our flight out of Colorado Springs got delayed, she gave us an extended check out. Overall, great experience!

OUR SECOND STAY AT DONNA’S PROPERTY ON OUR ANNUAL OAKLAWN TRIP. GREAT LOCATION TO THE RACES, EASY ACCESS TO FOOD AND SHOPPING. HOUSE IS MASSIVE WITH NICE DECK AND GRILL. WOULD MOST DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

Very peaceful, pleasing interior that was perfect for our group. It’s of natural light and fenced backyard. Hosts offered snacks and beverages upon check in, allowing us to settle in before heading to City Market/downtown. Neighborhood was calm and a trail with an expansive view of the mountains was nearby. Quick drive to restaurants, gas, groceries, climbing gym, hot springs, and coffee. WiFi set up was a snap. Kitchen had everything we needed and onsite laundry was much appreciated. We enjoyed the warmth of the hot tub on the crisp evenings.

First time in red river and my family and I enjoyed it!!!! Very close into town and very spacious for my family. We had 4 adults and 3 children. The hot tub was awesome!! All the kids enjoyed it!! The free transportation is a plus and very useful especially for skiing. My family is wanting to plan a second trip to red river!!! There are so many deer in the area and very friendly. Came up to my kids in the back porch.

After our 1st stay here I knew if I was in Amarillo I’d have to be here again. This home is perfect for us and our littles and so peaceful. The host are so sweet and communicates well! Thanks for the stay!

We had an amazing stay at the Red Door! The house was just as beautiful as the pictures. The backyard was perfect for a BBQ, and there were plenty of yard games for the whole family to enjoy. The hosts were incredibly attentive and responsive to anything we needed. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Bentonville!

Wow!! We loved Kat and Massimo’s home. It is stunning inside and out. The house is structurally beautiful with wood beam ceilings and wall to ceiling windows. The bedrooms are on either side of the house so lots of privacy. Walk right out the front door to several hikes along the gorge. Take the trail to the bottom of the gorge and sit in the hot springs for a special treat! Another major highlight was sitting next to an outdoor (daytime and nighttime) fire listening to the sounds of the high desert. We loved loved staying here and will do all that we can to come back!

This was a beautiful home! The sunsets were amazing. The pond was beautiful as well. The house is very comfortable and we felt right at home. Kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked most of our meals at home. We even used the green egg and enjoyed a bbq meal outside! It was very kid friendly and accommodating, however if you are traveling with toddlers you should be aware that the stairs in one spot do not have a railing and we had to pay extra attention to our son going up and down because he kept trying to jump down which could have injured him.

Great place to stay in Fayetteville if you are in town. Quiet neighborhood and it is close enough to a ton of fun activities. Michael was a great host and the house was in great condition when we got there. Would definitely come back again!

Table Rock Villas is a hidden gem! The pool is heated, the hot tub is ready with a bluetooth speaker next to it waiting for you to connect to it, and the outdoor kitchen and fire pit make you want to stay outdoors! The game room with free games and free laundry unit is definitely a much welcomed amenity! The location is wonderful, but do expect to cook on your own, drive a little further to restaurants and have limited delivery options. Dean and Jean went over and beyond as hosts! very communicative with the pool heater inadvertently shutting off, and even coordinated the neighbors to put our grocery delivery in our unit prior to us arriving as we were an hour behind schedule. This prevented us from losing refrigerated items. I would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful home! We were a little sad the weather wasn’t nice enough for us to enjoy pool and hot tub, but Mike was kind enough to try and warm up the pool for us. He was quick, helpful, and kind! We wished we could have stayed a little longer! We were in town for 1 day for a wedding and was asked Mike how close the venue was to his home and he answer super quick! We really enjoyed his beautiful home with a beautiful view!! BOOK it NOW!

Really loved the location. Close to a Walmart, Target and other restaurants that are not on the main strip for Branson. Close to attractions but not too far. Side streets help bypass the traffic to get to the attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I have been receiving the New Year away from home for twelve years, in different places. Being a large family, it is very difficult to meet everyone's expectations, except on this occasion. This place is more than perfect. It has everything and a little more than you could expect. The photos don't do enough justice to how wonderful it is. Steve is excessively attentive, cautious and kind. there is nothing to improve. We simply hope to return. score 1000000/10

Beautiful home. Peaceful place to get away from the city.

We had a great stay at Lindsey and Heidi’s cabin while exploring the great hikes nearby. The cabin was super comfy and we loved how peaceful the surroundings were. The bed was super comfortable and the hot tub was just what we needed after a long day of hiking! You may want a 4x4 vehicle to get around the area’s dirt roads if you are planning on exploring. Due to the extreme weather (flooding and tornadoes), we had to cut our visit short and Lindsey and Heidi were helpful in making sure we were safe. We would absolutely stay here again!

The cabin is absolutely wonderful!!! It was absolutely pristine when we came in, it was cozy, and was exactly like the pics!! Melissa was so kind and gave us local recommendations for food and activities! The area is private but not too far from stores and activities! We had such a wonderful time and would 100% come back!!

This was our first time in a cabin in the woods. This was a wonderful experience. I love that it is secluded and gated. We will definitely be back! This was a perfect weekend getaway for me and my husband! It was so relaxing!

This was our third time coming up to the Chipmunk Cottage for a relaxing getaway and it’s just as we remember it each year. The cabin is nice and secluded yet easy to find and has an amazing view from the back porch. Our host Billy always responsive and helpful from check in to check out. We can’t wait to come back again the following year already!

You absolutely cannot beat the views of this beautiful place. This was my family and I’s very first get away together and it was top notch. This place is peaceful- quiet and has everything you need.
