I love staying in the Birds Nest. This is the best place a family of 4 could dream up. Super close to the lift, quiet, comfortable, peaceful. So many fun books and board games fill the shelves. The host is super kind and let us check out late the last day of skiing. Really want to come back again someday.

Great host and beautiful home. Excellent view and comfortable accommodation. All amenities were there as listed. Lots of indoor things (games, magazines and books) to do if you’re a group. Paul is very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Totally enjoyed the stay!

GREAT LOCATION! Nice and spacious with a well-stocked kitchen. Only complaint was the upstairs shower. The water pressure could not be adjusted and the temperature was either hot or cold and also difficult to adjust. CAUTION: The water gets very hot.

We really enjoyed our one month stay at Tim's place. It's in a really good location. Not far off the main road but far enough that it is quiet and feels secluded. It is just down the road from the golf course clubhouse. We enjoyed spending time on the deck. Deer come by pretty regularly and the hummingbirds are usually active at the feeders. The propane BBQ grill on the deck was nice to have. TIm was always responsive when we needed anything. The kitchen was a little small but well equipped. In general the house was quite comfortable for 2-3 adults. We would definitely stay there again.

This was our first ABnB rental. Frankie and Sue’s hospitality and attention to detail was phenomenal. their home is beautiful and came as advertised. We will return! We’ll also use ABnB again as a result of our experience with Frankie and Sue. Though I know it will be hard to match our experience elswhere.

The Place was Great for our family of six. We stayed at this place last year and celebrated New Years so decided to book again for this New Years. Glad we did lots of good Memories to be had! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Our time at the Copper Spa Lodge was a wonderful experience!

Even though it was the middle of Winter and very cold, we had the best time. We look forward to a cabin experience every Winter and this was one of the best! Very nice people to work with and very nice home with beautiful scenery.

Our distant family enjoyed several days together in beautiful surroundings that made everyone comfortable and greatly helped ease the time since we had been together. We were able to easily venture out to Branson and SDC, and beyond so the location was superb. I am sending Will a few tips for making everything as perfect as possible, just extras from a 72-yo from San Diego who has stayed at many rentals over the years. Overall, great place of course. The price was fair, although as always check-in at 4 and out at 10 does eat into a day in a big way. Wish that could be accounted for, but that is an industry-wide issue. ; ) Highly recommend.

We stayed here on a family get away to ski and relax. The house was a fantastic family home with beautiful views and just a short drive from Angel Fire Ski Resort. The basement of the home was a fun place to hang out and play games and the main floor gave us enough space to eat dinner together as a group of 9 and enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains. The upstairs rooms do get warm at night in the winter and the host did provide recommendations on how to regulate the temp, so read all of the tips they give you about this property. We would stay here again.

Wow! It's hard to find words. This was a spectacular place to stay and unwind. There are not enough positive adverbs to describe how wonderful the view and the home truly are. Pictures do not do the view or the chalet justice! Everything was clean, well stocked and comfortable. We spent 4 days here and did not want to leave. It was so peaceful and the local shop Tenderfoot farms was a surprise. Farm fresh food and friendly service . The whipped honey is delicious! Jessica was so helpful. She went alive and beyond with recommendations, from places to eat, local places to visit to events that were currently happening in the surrounding communities. It was an amazing trip and I would highly recommend staying here just for the indescribable view! Thank you for allowing me into your home to enjoy. You are excellent hosts.

Absolutely amazing rental house. Fantastic amenities and super cozy. Comfy beds, warm, and exactly as described. Great host, and easy check-in. Will stay again.

Great place. It is split up more than we would normally prefer like 1 main bedroom per level. But if you have 3 separate families it would work well. Little snacks/toiletry items included which was very nice and convenient. It wasn’t too hard to find but it was dark so we couldn’t see the number of the house and the keypad on the door is black (so you can’t tell it’s a keypad/see numbers) so we had to call to verify how to get in. (Don’t use master key on the side post). Overall we would stay again perfect destination away from Branson. Ben was very responsive!

This place was amazing. Beautiful lake with your own dock that points to the rising sun. Hot tub was fantastic! Beds were comfortable and very large. Wild life everywhere! From deer in the yard to otters in the pond. Side note about innsbrook... it is a gated community and has its own golf course and more lakes and waterfalls than you can count. Its beauty is indescribable. I cant wait to go back asap.

We had a wonderful stay at Tom’s place! The property is beautiful. Lots of space both inside the house and outside for our family gathering of 11 to spread out. We went for Thanksgiving. It was cold, but there was still plenty to do - hike, sing around the campfire, enjoy heater on back porch, game room and movies inside. Tom was responsive and happy to help when we had questions! Book it - you’ll love it!

Family gathered at this spot for Thanksgiving. A lot of space for a family of 8. It’s enough for personal space but also keep us all together. This would be a perfect spot in the summer time to swim out in the lake. It was peaceful and tranquil.

An unforgettable stay! I can’t recommend it enough. A truly a magical experience! The cabin offered breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere that made me feel completely at peace. The perfect get away from the busy city. The interior was beautifully designed, combining rustic charm with modern comforts. The cozy living space, complete with a fireplace, was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I loved the well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking meals a delight, and the spacious deck was ideal for morning coffee. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway to recharge and reconnect with nature, or spend time with friends and family, this cabin is the perfect retreat.

We enjoyed our week and didn't want to leave! We traveled with our family, including our 4 kids, 15 and older. We enjoyed fishing from the dock, kayaking and relaxing in the hot tub. The home is on a small lake and is so peaceful and quiet. We visited a couple of other lake areas to swim and went to the community pool as well. The home is very spacious and we had plenty of room to spread out. The 2-tiered deck had ample seating for our group. We used the fire pit multiple times as well. The beds were very comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets available. The wi-fi is very spotty but, we expected that, being in the woods. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. A stackable washer and dryer is available in the main floor bathroom. The driveway is pretty steep and could be challenging in the winter. Jeffrey and his team were very responsive when we had questions! The house was very clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay again!
