The single-family home is located in a child-friendly and quiet construction field. Sun from morning to evening. 6 km to the city center and good bus connections to the city. 3 km to Stølsvika (swimming area) and 5 mil to Dyreparken (40 min). The house has a large porch, barbecue facilities, trampoline and massage bath Room 1: double bed. Room 2: Single bed, can be extended to double bed. Room 3: 120 cm bed + small sofa bed. Room 4: double bed. The sofa in the loft lounge can be turned into a double bed. Travel cot and high chair can be arranged by prior notice.

Holmesund: Cozy Southern house with large warm garden

Cozy restored southern house with large sheltered idyllic garden in beautiful Holmesund for rent. Very child-friendly house, garden and area. Great swimming, crab fishing and fishing spots in the immediate vicinity. Volleyball net, croquet, fishing rods, fishing equipment, crabbing equipment, grill etc included. Internet and electricity is included Parking space for 2 cars. Boat (Pioner maxi 13 feet with 9.9hp) available during school summer vacation (week 26-33) Outside of school holidays, an 8-foot pioneer rowboat follows with the house.

Fully furnished garage loft (32 sqm) is rented out at Kvannes in Høvåg. The property is idyllically located close to the sea. Bathing and fishing spots, hiking areas etc are only a few minutes walk away. Blindleia is 700m from the property. It takes 12 minutes to drive to the zoo, 20 minutes to Lillesand and 22 minutes to Kristiansand. The garage loft has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living area with dining table/chairs. In the living room there is a Hemnes daybed with good mattresses (2 sleeping places). Max 6 people.

Grimstad: New cabin close to the sea

Lovely place close to the sea situated at Vessøyneset midway between Arendal and Grimstad. The cabin is completely new and consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a huge combined kitchen and livingroom. In addition there is a big terrace with a beautiful seaview. Several sandy beaches perfect for children are only a 5-minute drive away. Grimstad is a very sweet little southern town and its only a 40-minute drive to Kristiansand Zoo (Dyreparken), a beautiful and natural zoo and amusement park.

Rennsunda - Sunny, wonderful view in Vegårshei

You have to drive a boat a little way to arrive at the lodge. It is located about 50 meters from the shoreline, and has excellent swimming right outside. It is no more than about 300 meters to a lovely sandy beach. It follows a small boat with the rent. The cabin has nice terrace and quite large grounds around it, and is the perfect base if you like a walk in the woods, or to fling out a fishing line to haul up some barbecue. Here you can enjoy summer days and long, light nights.

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings on the river Tovdal. The apartment is completely refurbished and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is great for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are designed for two families on a trip, but are also great for a group of friends on a fishing trip. The river Tovdal is a well-known salmon river, and large fish are taken both up and down the river.

Located 50 m from the city beach in Grimstad. The apartment is located on the ground floor with plating (concrete slopes) secluded with a hedge. Child friendly. 5 min walk to shopping center and 10 min to guest harbor, boat rental and idyllic Grimstad city center. 10 min to walk to the University of Agder. Nice and quiet. Sleeps 1 car in garage basement. Incidentally, parking outside. Needs left in window to park in the co-op parking lot.

Arendal downtown. Loft apartment with great views.

3rd floor with entrance from street level. Bright, cosy apartment. Great view. Suitable for adults, possibly with children over 12 years. (With respect to the neighbours). Bring your own bed linen/towels, or rent it for NOK 125 per set. Parking is $85 per day. When renting over 1 week in the winter months, October through April, electricity comes in addition to the rent.

Idyllic cottage, quiet and calm

At our idyllically located small farm, we rent out the guesthouse. Great view of Vatnebu water. Own sandy beach and the possibility of borrowing a canoe or boat for recreation or fishing. Game hall on the barn with table tennis, air hockey, darts and Fussball. A very great outdoor space. Here there is a lot to enjoy for both young and old.
