Ciara was a fantastic host and always responded quickly. The villa was brilliant for a family of 9 with three generations staying. The pool is fantastic, the amenities were great in the house and it's in a very peaceful location. We got great recommendations for taxis & places to eat and things to do from Ciara and everything was seamless from booking to checkout. Couldn't recommend this location more. We made fantastic memories here!

The purpose of the trip was for my brother in Germany and me in America to meet half way, to celebrate our 50th birthday together. We stayed for 14 days. I was accompanied by hubby, daughter, and family friend. We rented a car at Alicante airport, and we arrived at AIRBNB within 30 minutes. Thanks to prior excellent instructions of our host Marie, we had great directions and it was a pleasure to stay at this amazing AIRBNB. The view was fabulous over the Mediterranean Sea. We enjoyed the quiet setting and felt safe in the neighborhood. Weather was beautiful in December. We enjoyed home cooking in fully equipped kitchen, closed out our days with evening walks and sitting on front porch. We recommend sightseeing of castle in Guadalest, waterfalls in Algar, lookout deck in Benidorm, all of Alicante, canelobre caves in Busot. Trip to Alhambra in Granada. Beaches and restaurants in El Campello. We're thanking Marie for excellent communication and wish her all the best in the future.

We had a spectacular weekend at Carlos's house. I went with a group of friends and we stayed all weekend inside the house. Enjoying the pool, cooking and desktops in the table. The house is spacious and has several environments to share in a group. We'll definitely repeat it. it's beautiful.

We are super happy with our stay in Victor's nice house, it was just as in the description: quiet and comfortable area, private and undisturbed, secure and convenient. Victor was clear with instructions and very helpful when we had questions, always responded quickly. We can highly recommend, and we will be more than happy to come back!

better place to stay if you are active .. I did struggle a bit with the stairs so i didnt make use of the terrace as I have arthritis... but the family loved it, pebble beach was fun .... long walk to anywhere.... you do need a car but the journey to the tram was fairly flat about 15 min walk great to go out and about ......

Lovely villa. Host and key holder were very responsive and friendly to deal with. Great specification of villa with lovely pool and very nice rooms. Location could be an issue without a car. Busses are close by but taxis hard to find that will come and pick up. Plenty of scooters for the more adventurous!

Wow, what a amazing host and great place to stay. Sam’s house is comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Excellent location for what we were looking for and reasonably priced. Sam as host is amazing, even left some basic shopping items in the fridge, really you couldn’t ask for more. Thank you so much. We will be back.

Friendly and tidy host who welcomed us well. Responds quickly to messages and is always nice to do. Neat and tidy apartment that was simply equipped with the essentials.

Excellent hospitality from Thomas. Very clean apartment with a large terrace where the living is good. Many plants delight the apartment.

Clean place ,smooth check in and check out,all what you need is in short walking distance,I totally recommand it .

Absolutely Amazing! Simple, Clean, Close to all Amenities and even has a terrace where you can sit and soak up the sun ☀️ Honestly the flat is great and the Host is ready to answer any questions and very responsive. You also have parking which is a plus. Will definitely stay again. Anthony London

Enjoyed a very good stay here in November 2024. Everything was as described / pictured, and Valentin is clearly very a organised host with everything we might need from bin bags to cooking equipment on hand and easy to find. Location is good for getting to the city centre (less than 20 mins on foot) or getting to places up the coast via tram (nearest stop less than 5 minutes away) and there is a decent range of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Worked really well for us , thanks Valentin :)

I have stayed here a few times along with my family. It’s great location for us. Perhaps there could be more oven dishes and glassware. We had a fabulous holiday and weather was great

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

Apartment was clean and in great condition. Very well planned with sunroof. Marina was quick to give information and get back to you in case of questions. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. Would love to come back to this apartment. Kind regards, Christer

The truth is that it is a very cozy apartment with everything you need to spend a very pleasant few days and enjoy the beach, as is the lady who did not receive very friendly. Thank you a stay to repeat.

Very nice apartment, perfect for a couple or someone travelling by themselves. Lovely little balcony with sun all day, perfect for when i was there in late autumn. Very close to supermarket (2 min) and beach (7 min), as well as the tram to alicante or further up the coast (5 min). Tetyana was a great host, and when i needed help with something in the apartment, she was there within 20 mins to show me how it worked.

The apartment was spotless and very complete, there was nothing missing. Everything was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed a nice and comfortable waterfront stay.
