Breathtaking view, being in the balcony, the main room or the rooftop. Amazing amenities, friendly and responsive host, and above all a super apartment great for a romantic getaway, some deserved family holidays, or just to spend some days with a few friends. Highly recommend!

A very complete apartment with all the kitchen things (utensils, small appliances....) bathroom (towels...), bedrooms (savannas), necessary for a family. My children are very happy with the apartment. Thank you David and Anja for being so kind. Very satisfied with the experience, for sure I will repeat!

The house was very new and very clean. The development has a pool that is great for kids. It has 2 beaches close to which you can walk to. The way is easier than the return because the uphill slope is a little long if you go with children. But overall it's phenomenal and we had a great time!

The apartment is even more beautiful than what the photos show, bright, comfortable, very tastefully decorated. It was a great 10 days enjoying the accommodation, the pools, the terrace and the comfort of having a garage. The environment of the urbanization is quiet, to rest and relax, with the beaches, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It has everything you need. I would love to repeat my stay in this apartment.

Thank you for your stay. It was our second time and we weren't disappointed. Strongly recommend. The apartment has everything a family with children needs during their vacation. The indoor pool on the property with heated water is a great amenity for children, as the water in outdoor pools in other settlements is very cold. We'll be sure to use it again 😊

San Juan and Muchavista beaches are amazing. The apartment has a good view of the beach and the sea. It is spacious and practical for a family with small children. Great neighborhood.

Great location and pool

The apartment is very spacious and has all the utensils you could need. The pool and other common areas are great. Very nice the night bathroom with the pool illuminated. The beach is very chula although you have to walk 5 minutes.

Very nice apartment as well as a nice residence. Great for families. For the location the ideal is to have a vehicle to get around the big cities nearby. I would recommend it without a problem! Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness.

Juan is a wonderful host. He is very proactive, checking in to ensure things are well and even communicating to share the specials of the bar at the urba. The apartment spacious and in a lovely area, close to the tram and the beautiful beach. Overall a perfect stay at Juan's apartamento. I look forward to staying at Juan's place again. Gracias Juan

We had an amazing time with our toddler at Suniva’s place. Gorgeous location plus a fantastic Condominium right in front of San Juan Beach. Highly recommended. The host was there for anything we needed :)

This is an amazing place to stay for 4 people. Spotless, spacious house, everything we needed for a lovely stay. Two bathrooms, outside furniture, well stocked kitchen, comfy sun loungers, plenty of bedding and towels were the highlights. Really quiet neighbourhood. Close to pink salt lake was added bonus for a photography enthusiast. Excellent communication with Modesto throughout.

Everything was perfect, very nice space for long stays. The location is very good, close to the main tram station and several bus stops.

We were very happy with the stay. The house was clean, scented, decorated to the last details. It's equipped with everything you need for your stay. Located in a very quiet area. The terrace has a wonderful view of the airport, the sea and the city of Alicante. The owners Angel and Lina are very nice people who have a heart in the right place. They're helpful. They've been accommodating in everything. There was no problem communicating with them. They made us feel at home. We will definitely come back to this place again.

Lovely accommodation and decor really recommend!

We had a great 15 days with the pool, the casa jardin of free availability. Santi and Lola are very nice, helpful and reactive. You have to take the car to go to the center of Elche and the beaches but they are close. we recommend the beach of Carabassi, co, not too many people. Alicante also 20 minutes away. We recommend it!

Spent 10 days here, it was well kitted out, the kitchen had extensive equipment and amenities, easy to cater for the 11 of us. Easy check In process and great communication, our flight was delayed and we landed very late. Javier ensured the villa was ready and was able to communicate an out of hours check in. good sized pool. Great location; shops within walking distance.

Had a lovely relaxing stay at sunrise retreat was so tranquil and peaceful and the scenery of the mountains was breathtaking Sarah jane was a wonderful host and couldnt do enough for us Will definitely return in the future
