This is a great spot! Great location, lots of space both outdoor and indoor, responsive host, and extremely clean! Space felt cozy and you can tell a lot of time and effort was/is put into the space. Would absolutely stay again and definitely recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at Kev's place. It was VERY clean, comfortable and cozy! The area was quiet and safe. The room was very affordable. I would recommend.

Lionel is a good host. He's calm has a great sense of humor. He keeps the lawn and grounds trim and neat. There is plenty of parking. The amenities are as listed in the ad. I had a relaxing stay in the apartment.

Wonderful stay! We live locally and stayed here during some repairs to our home. Kristen was a wonderful host and so helpful. She gave us extra toys for our kids to make sure they were comfortable. The location is close to Annapolis and very easy to access while still being quiet and private.
