We transferred over to Richard’s Airbnb location seamlessly during the last hurricane. The place was very spacious, comfortable, with high end finishings, easily accommodating myself, daughter, granddaughter, and pet. Richard was a great host especially considering the circumstances. Very responsive and openly communicative when needed or necessary. We would definitely stay at Richard’s Place again when in the area. Eric - out of state traveler

OMG amazing place!!! The pool especially was lovely. We spent so much time in the pool. The house was so spacious. Very very clean house. Equipped with everything we needed for an amazing short stay. Check in was easy. Host is very responsive. Great location. Short drive to Venice, Siesta Key, Tampa, etc. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a great weekend getaway. Conveniently located to beaches and restaurants. Rv is absolutely beautiful!! Clean and so very comfortable. We will be back.

Great location, exactly as listed. Came with all the essentials plus more. The condo was perfect for us and our 18 month old and the brand new pack and play was much appreciated. Very friendly beach town with the softest white sand!

We had an absolutely fabulous stay and time. We brought our boat and were able to dock it during our stay. It's a wonderful location. You can tell Jack is an experienced Host as the accessories and appliances are first rate. There is a great charm and elegance to the design. You can tell a lot of thought has been put into making ones stay special. The AC works very well even in FL hot and humid climate. Nice sitting areas outside and around the home on 3 sides. The pool and fishing pier are just steps away. Nice to stay at a place with rabbits rather than squirrels and look out over water.

It really was a beautiful place for a get away. Great neighborhood, peaceful and the bnb offered everything we were looking for. Hot tub was the go to fixture as temps cooled downed. Great back yard and interior decor made us feel right at home. Thank you Sandy.

The home was absolutely perfect for our needs. We are out of our home due to flooding from Hurricanes Helene and Milton, and Montana’s home was nearby for our extended family to stay while in Sarasota for a family gathering. Montana was gracious and easy to communicate with—and the home was perfect for us. Excellent location and pristine interior with plenty of room for everyone!
