Excellent stay, the concern of the host is appreciated, from the smallest details, such as leaving exquisite soaps and creams in the bathroom, in the kitchen left alfajores and biscuits, plus capsules for the coffee maker. As far as cleanliness, excellent. I would definitely recommend and go there again.

The stay where Jorge was spectacular, the environment was very good, central but quiet, the apartment was better to our expectations, despite having other cabins on the ground there is a lot of privacy, nothing was heard from the other rooms, in addition to the proximity and very good disposition of Jorge who was for us at all times, it was a very nice and pleasant experience 100% recommended

The location is fine, albeit a bit far from downtown. It's easy to get around in Uber, but I had a problem the day I was leaving: I needed to be at 7 in the terminal to follow south and from 6:30 I didn't get Uber, one just showed up at 7:15. It seems like, because of the night activity, the services start later. Apart from that, the environment is very quiet, the place was good and I would recommend it. I'd stay again.

The cabin is excellent, the service was very good. There are seven beds, good refri, patio, dining table outside and in it, etc. It was a good choice, we will definitely be back!

The stay in the house was very comfortable explained the specifications of the house very well ,comfortable for us who went with children. The house was full equipped, everything works perfect, a very quiet and safe place 15 minutes from villarrica and 30min from licanray .

The place is safe and even nicer than described, check-in is very easy, the host is very close and communication 10/10, the beds are very comfortable and the evening concierge is very funny Ajaja, so the whole place is 100% recommended for a night.

The place is very nice, convenient to go as a couple or family...all services, close to good markets, accessible for vehicles, safe....beautiful views of the volcano Villarrica. If you need to improve some aspects of cleanliness, in corners, frames and doors, and especially in the bathroom and kitchen.. in general everything was very good... Recommended...

The apartment is very well located, very close to the center of Pucón, the private beach is very comfortable. Patricia is always attentive to the phone, demonstrating her commitment. We had some issues with the access, but it seemed like it was a problem with the building in general as the app was not working. The rest is fine, the guards in the concierge very friendly.

Everything is fine ,nice place ,very good facilities ,easy to get to,walk you get to any central place in the city . Only one detail is close to a wetland and at night if you do not have a closed terrace, it is impossible to be because of the mosquitoes .

I arrived and there was no hot water, I searched outside the dpto and realized the gas key was cut The Tub of the Dirty Bath with Piñen and the Curtain of the Dirty Bathroom The Living before going out to the terrace and fowl of the sofa was with dirt, apparently they hadn't vacuumed
