Excellent accommodation, Marisol always available, very cozy apartment, safe, well located, with a lot more amenities than posted, such as sheets, clean towels, hair dryer,comfort, soap, laundry, washing machine (which we did not occupy but was available) ultra equipped kitchen, all this made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. 100% recommended accommodation, we were pleasantly surprised, economical for everything I offered. If you are looking for a place in Temuco do not doubt it is the perfect one.

What we liked most is that it has both beds for 2 beds, ideal for outings with couples of friends. The place is just like the photographs, it has kitchen implemented if you want to cook, which was ideal for me in this case. The apartment's location is close to the center of Pucón and good access, check-in was quick. Regarding check-out, Carolina indicated to me that we could retire later, because there were no guests after us, which we were very grateful as we were sold out after the trekking we did, and this was a great consideration on her part. Satisfied with our stay.

It was an incredible stay in a house that fulfilled everything indicated in the description. The host, Fabián, was very helpful at all times and answered very quickly the times we wrote to each other. The check-in instructions were clear and the person in charge of receiving us was very helpful at all times. The location of the house is excellent, it is located a few kilometers from Villarrica so it makes a very quiet stay, although the house is in a condominium, we never saw a neighbor. The house is for 8 people so it is very large, it has everything for heating. The terrace overlooks the lake, it is very quiet to rest. Totally satisfied with our stay, it exceeded expectations, I recommend it 100%

Awesome stay! One of my favorite homes so far. It's secluded and has everything you may need. Just 10-15 mins away from the busy center of Pucon. The hot tub was def a highlight, located conveniently next to one of the bedrooms! Everything was clean and very peaceful. Francisco was also great in being flexible with the check-in and check-out times. Would highly recommend!

Everything is fine but the price should include towels because it is a cacho that does not include bath towels. Very poor quality bed linen and I don't know if they were very well washed because on the bed of one of my little girls they were really fetid…

I felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was clean, quiet, and it made you feel very safe there. The views of the river, lake and volcano from the terrace are stunning and made my stay unique! You can walk into town in about 20 minutes. There is a larger supermarket, cafes, restaurants, shopping center and also the bus station can be reached at the same distance.

It is a quiet, cozy condo about 2.5 km from the city center. The accommodation was very clean and well organized, so I was able to relax comfortably. The cooking utensils were also well equipped. The area information in Pucon was very useful, such as the attractions and places to eat provided by Rommy. This is the place I'm going to come again next time. Thank you.
