¡My stay in this apartment was excellent! The first thing that impressed me was the impeccable cleanliness. In addition, the location is unbeatable: it is steps from the stadium and surrounded by commercial venues, super comfortable! The apartment itself is just as it appears in the photos, it has everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Internet worked perfect, I could enjoy watching series and movies smoothly and the kitchen is very well equipped. Finally, I want to highlight the kindness and quick response of the host, always attentive to any questions. I would definitely recommend it!

Everything was excellent. The only thing to suggest is that check-in time should be earlier, as at 4pm you lose more than half a full day of accommodation with suitcases at cost. Not complaining is just suggestion as we were able to enter an hour earlier thanks to the building staff. And physically the place is excellent.

Excellent and highly recommended. Ingrid was very kind at all times, she is a very nice woman. The facilities, unbeatable, have everything you need to rest comfortably and peacefully. The zone is cute.

The apartment is spacious, cozy, fully stocked with everything we needed. The view of the lake is beyond gorgeous, and our host was always responsive to all our questions. The building is in a quiet and private closed condominium, safe for taking a slow walk at any time of the day or night, and with a plaza for kids to play. All in all, staying here was an absolute joy!

Excellent very flexible host at check-in and check-out. We were for a congress with a colleague, an ideal place to stay. The space was spotless and had everything we could need. Marcelo very friendly. thanks Marcelo!

Efficient comfortable modern studio with a very large spacious balcony. Good bathroom and kitchen. Excellent location up above the town but still very walkable. Great pool, gym, laundry and games room. Thank you Nelson for a great stay!

Nice place, pretty close to the all walkable pudon center. A quiet place to rest. Marcela is always attentive to respond to all concerns :) would definitely come back :D

Very cozy apartment with everything you need, the best is the surroundings as it is super quiet ideal for rest. Only a small detail with the sign of Entel that inside the apartment completely disappears.

It is exactly what he describes in the publication, everything is very clean and comfortable, the natural and quiet environment is perfect for going to rest and disconnect. Easy access, close to attractions and downtown. If any questions arose immediately I would respond, very attentive and kind host. I'd go back to the same place without a doubt.

Everything is impeccable as described, wonderful place to go with children , a lot of security and the staff is very attentive, Carlos and Jessica are impeccable ..attentive to everything.. I highly recommend it.

We spent an added stay in that apartment with the family. The view is spectacular and I would return with pleasure. Everything is clean and well furnished. My children took advantage of the "Club House". The only downside is that there is only one washer / dryer throughout the building and I had to go down and up several times because the washer was always occupied. Thanks to Lydia for the communication, her quick and friendly response.

Just having the lake in front gives the place a wonderful touch. Faby is very attentive and was always aware of our stay. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need. I'm happy to come back!

The super complete apartment, with an excellent location with access to the lake, just like the photos. We were 4 people (2 adults and 2 adolescents). Bicycles to tour a beautiful city, and several additional amenities. Boris a spectacular host, always available. I would come back without thinking.

Lucas was extremely responsive. He was there to let us into the apartment with a lovely welcoming gift and a pleasant smile. The apartment was perfectly located on the lakefront in easy walking distance to all restaurants and shops in Pucon. The amenities were perfect. Linen was clean and plentiful. Overall a great stay and the location on the water justifies the price point.

The location is fine, albeit a bit far from downtown. It's easy to get around in Uber, but I had a problem the day I was leaving: I needed to be at 7 in the terminal to follow south and from 6:30 I didn't get Uber, one just showed up at 7:15. It seems like, because of the night activity, the services start later. Apart from that, the environment is very quiet, the place was good and I would recommend it. I'd stay again.
