Newport has one of if not the most expensive hotel rates in the USA... Sleeps 5 Folding screen door in the blue room. Also a stand up desk in the same room. Full kitchen. Living room has 2 sofas, 65 inch smart TV, Dining room seats 6. Fifteen minutes to Newport and beaches. URI 6 miles, Swim meets, football & basketball, graduation. The Golden Dream Suite.

The space is a cozy, very roomy & quiet. The Suite is decorated with Coastal decor from New England and Sanibel Island. It includes a private bedroom with a very comfortable queen size bed. The living room has an entertainment center with a TV, Dvd, WiFi, couch, electric recliner, Mini fridge, microwave & Kuerig coffee maker. The area is located in the lower half of the house and has a private entrance with a lock & key. The suite is private from the living area of the homeowner.

Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. Most are not, and are being de-listed by the City for non-compliance. Ask before you book! We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.
