Leann's place was everything we wanted out of our stay. Leann was the perfect host with fast responsiveness to any questions we had. Everything was within a 15 minute drive and we were able to explore the nearby cities every day. We're already planning to come back for a summer trip!

From the minute we pulled into the driveway, our family was highly impressed with the views from Kristen's home. We ended our 2023 summer with a bang. This beautiful home had everything you could ever need on vacation. We enjoyed the backyard with nightly fires. Our teen daughter rarely left the bunk house. We loved the fact that our own private beach was just a few steps away & the public beach was less than ten minutes away. The kids and adults enjoyed the beach trampoline. Kristen was delightful to deal with. She was a SUPER host. So many little details and extras she puts into her beach home. Already thinking of our next visit.

Tyler’s home is absolutely beautiful! Waking up to those ocean views was the highlight of my stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very well equipped house, amazing backyard with pool and hot tub, definitely the highlight of the house. The washer wasn't working but Stephen was a great host, very communicative and offered to get our clothes washed if needed (we didn't need it). Would definitely recommend!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Sheila’s cottage. It’s always a pleasant experience. Sheila is very responsive, and I’m highly satisfied with the cottage. It’s exactly as described, and everything worked flawlessly. I could not recommend this more highly.

This was our third stay at this charming cabin. It's the perfect retreat from the city. It has a beautiful view of the lake, and is just a couple minutes drive from good coffee and surrounding attractions.

We knew we weren't going to be on the beach but we wanted to be near the beaches and we were. The cottage was a little Gem in a secluded area off a main road with a private neighborhood behind. The landscaping was so adorable with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit w/ outdoor bbq & seating area. It was cutely decorated with a newer kitchen & ALL the things needed for your stay! The loft bedroom was so cool & games in the L.R.! Our family had a wonderful gathering and fun stay. The beaches were beautiful and we got to bring our dog, Freedom along for the fun! We'd stay here again!

John’s place was great. We had an extended stay and John was more than helpful in making sure everything went smoothly. John was incredibly responsive and proactive. The place was very well stocked with all the essentials. I would recommend if you are looking for a place in the area.

Jon is an excellent host and we had an excellent stay at the cottage! We keep coming back year after year and think that's the highest praise there is.

The cottage was clean and comfortable and the location/neighborhood was terrific. Air conditioning would have been great to deal with the dampness at times but the fans kept the place comfortable enough. We will return next vacation! Loved the area as well and the guide book that Norm provided was a great help/addition.

Fly Fishers Cottage was the perfect choice for my visit home for the holidays. The cottage is exactly as described, spotless, super cozy, and it was even decorated for Christmas! It was the exact amount of space I needed and felt like a home away from home. It is ideally located to get to Jamestown and Newport, as well as to other parts of RI and MA where I was visiting family. Clare is a wonderful host, very responsive, and flexible with check in/out which I hugely appreciated. She also made sure outside was cleared and gritted after some snow - it seems like a small thing, but made me feel welcome and taken care of. I really hope to stay at the cottage again on my upcoming summer visit - thank you Clare!

Donna’s home was very neat and tidy. She has all the amenities you can think of. Had a small incident happen and Donna was quick to respond and was helpful. Wonderful place to go to for a weekend. Will have to check back again when the weather is better!

Windsurfers Cove was exactly as pictured and described. The house was immaculate, extremely cozy and had everything we needed. The location and scenery was perfect! Absolutely peaceful! The host Jonas was very prompt with responding prior to and during our stay. We look forward to returning.

The Cottage at Hurricane Hill was the perfect setting for our family’s Thanksgiving. Drake & Wright were lovely hosts, full of info about the history of the farm and the surrounding area. Looking forward to another stay!

This was our third year staying here, and once again it did not disappoint! The house is recently renovated and attractively furnished and has everything we could need. We especially appreciate having access to all the beach stuff- towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc. The location on a very quiet street within walking distance to the beach is also a big plus. Richard responds quickly and is easy to communicate with. We will be back next summer if they'll have us again!

Great little bungalow in a wonderful location. We stayed in January but I imagine it to be a bustling little community in the summer season! We can’t wait to checking it out then! The space is very clean with all that is needed for a comfortable stay. Kathy was very kind and communicated extremely well prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Neil was very flexible with our stay dates, we appreciated that! The property was exactly as depicted in the description and pictures. Neil always responded super-quick, just an overall great stay!

I am not one to write reviews for properties but this experience warranted one. This was one of the better Airbnb experiences we have had (and we have stayed in many locations). Jason was definitely the best communicating host we have come across. Whether it be explanation on finding the property, details on the parking situation, WiFi information or help with a later evening arrival he was constantly ahead of any questions we may have had with detailed messages. Kudos to him. As far as the condition of the property we couldn’t ask for anything better. The property is virtually brand new (and you would never know if it wasn’t). It has beautiful building and styling choices. When you combine that with well labeled state of the art light switches, blue tooth speakers in the bathroom , plenty of extra towels and sheets for the place and even a full first aid kit you can not ask for anything more. I can only hope that other Airbnb owners follow his lead.
