Leann is a total sweetheart. My fiancée and I couldn’t be any more grateful for the stay than we already are. Great place. Great town. Great vibes. The house is gorgeous. The town is gorgeous. Everything was gorgeous.

The host was extremely responsive. Her instructions and details were perfect and very helpful. The house was spotless and decorated beautifully. The house is deceiving form the outside as it looks small but is spacious inside. We enjoyed the hot tub while we were there too. It was a 10 out of a 10 for us!!

From the minute we pulled into the driveway, our family was highly impressed with the views from Kristen's home. We ended our 2023 summer with a bang. This beautiful home had everything you could ever need on vacation. We enjoyed the backyard with nightly fires. Our teen daughter rarely left the bunk house. We loved the fact that our own private beach was just a few steps away & the public beach was less than ten minutes away. The kids and adults enjoyed the beach trampoline. Kristen was delightful to deal with. She was a SUPER host. So many little details and extras she puts into her beach home. Already thinking of our next visit.

We loved our stay in this home. The home is spacious and comfortable, the views are amazing and peaceful and the neighborhood is very walkable to several great restaurants. The space outside is neat and tidy, the neighbors were all quiet and respectful of each other.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Sheila’s cottage. It’s always a pleasant experience. Sheila is very responsive, and I’m highly satisfied with the cottage. It’s exactly as described, and everything worked flawlessly. I could not recommend this more highly.

Driftwood cottage is a beautiful place to stay. The views are stunning and the location is very peaceful. It was wonderful to experience both the serenity of the cottage and the excitement of Newport (a pleasant 35 minute drive). The place was very clean and cozy. I hope to come back soon!

John was very nice and responsive, and has a Lovely little house nicely appointed and decorated. Very clean, One of the nicer ones I've stayed at. Great patio area. Only thing the stairs are a little rough, dogs wouldn't go up them. Very nice beachside vibe neighborhood surrounded by water and little coves going to the bay. Beautiful views 2 blocks away. Very very walkable friendly neighborhood. A little hidden gem.

Great place only a few minute walk to the beach! It was perfect place for our company for the Newport Boat Show.

Jon is an excellent host and we had an excellent stay at the cottage! We keep coming back year after year and think that's the highest praise there is.

The cottage was clean and comfortable and the location/neighborhood was terrific. Air conditioning would have been great to deal with the dampness at times but the fans kept the place comfortable enough. We will return next vacation! Loved the area as well and the guide book that Norm provided was a great help/addition.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely cottage for 4 days while visiting for a wedding. I myself LOVED the quint and cozy comforts of the cottage. It was private, quiet, and really just lovely for a little weekend (I could even do a week) get away. My husband, however, did not enjoy the stay as much as I did. He felt the value for the cottage was overpriced some. My sister and her wife were set to sleep on the pull out couch (this was a back up plan) and opted not too b/c they felt the space was humid and the pull out did not appeal to their comfort. BUT I could seriously live here! If was charming and lovely. It took me right into the environment of the region and made me feel like a local. The kitchen had everything you needed. The fridge is smaller, but local restaurants and groceries make it easy to buy food every other day or so. While my husband and family may give it more a 7/10; Personally, I give it a 10/10!

This very clean, charming cottage was perfect for my stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. There was even room enough for my two young grandkids who live in the area to come for an overnight visit! Clare was extremely helpful and accommodating, and I appreciated the nice bedding and towels and the extra touches like coffee for the Keurig and toiletries. It was fun to explore the neighborhood, especially the waterfront, and to check out all the fun shops in nearby Wickford. I would not hesitate to come back!

Jim’s cottage was perfect!! Sooo close to the beach and Newport Beach House. He was very accommodating and flexible with check in and check out. I’d love to stay here again and couldn’t recommend this place more! 10/10!!!

We had a wonderful and quiet stay. Drake was a fantastic host who was so kind and generous. We got to walk around her family farm and enjoy the animals, the sunrise and sunset, and the trails sprawling through the property. Drake left ‘love notes’ around the house that told us how to use everything inside which left us with no questions at all. She even left perfectly detailed notes about where to shop and eat for that farm to table feel. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We have stayed in Breakwater Village before and understood what this community has to offer; a collection of small seasonal beach houses with easy access to a pristine beach and a perfect jumping-off spot to access everything that the South County of RI has to offer. Mid-week is quiet while weekends bring in more guests and the proximity of the properties can intrude on privacy and quiet time. We value our stay here for the beautiful beach and easy access to restaurants, farmers markets and hiking. The property is quirky and a little scruffy, but has a well-equipped kitchen, clean linens and comfy beds. For us, it was a great get-away spot!

Lisa was very nice and responded quickly. It is a cute cottage with a nice back yard and walking distance to the beach.

This was our third year staying here, and once again it did not disappoint! The house is recently renovated and attractively furnished and has everything we could need. We especially appreciate having access to all the beach stuff- towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc. The location on a very quiet street within walking distance to the beach is also a big plus. Richard responds quickly and is easy to communicate with. We will be back next summer if they'll have us again!

Very relaxing stay at Kathy's place my me, my wife and teenagers. Clean kitchen, spacious bedrooms. Great location - the water and the bridge is a 45 second walk away. Beautiful spot. Kathy responded immediately. Extremely friendly and helpful.

Neil was very flexible with our stay dates, we appreciated that! The property was exactly as depicted in the description and pictures. Neil always responded super-quick, just an overall great stay!
