Everything was great, my family liked this place, highly recommended

She was very nice and answered within a reasonable time. The only complaint I have is not being able to turn off the air at night. Besides that I would stay at the place again! My kid loved the board games they had at the house and really enjoyed going swimming!

5 stars all around! I just spent 5 nights at the Treehouse and hated to leave. I'm in sync with all the other reviews as they say it all! Perfect place just off the highways but close to the necessities in the Orlando/Lakeland area. Delightful views on Lake Ariana and plenty of rabbits and squirrels to watch while relaxing at the end of the day. Joni and Dennis were wonderful hosts and just a text away to answer any questions. Definitely will stay here again when I get back to the area. BOOK IT!

This place was amazing and not far from anything. Place was clean, private, very peaceful. The bed was to die for and like sleeping on a cloud. Definitely a gem to be had whether visiting Disney or diving the lower springs. Restaurants were very close by. Courtney was an amazing host and an amazing place

The accommodation made the trip a unique experience, it is comfortable, the cleanliness 10/10 and close to all the places of interest. Adriana is a super host, helpful at all times and attentive to any questions !!!! If you're traveling with family or friends, don't hesitate to stay here. 10/10 in everything

I’ve been to a lot of Airbnb’s and the decor in this one was one of my favorites. Very comfortable bed. Lots of towels, toilet paper and soaps. The location was perfect for me because it’s right by my friend’s house so I was visiting. I went to a couple of different lakes and watch the sunrise. Had a couple of nice meals in Winterhaven would definitely definitely stay here again.

Myrnali is a great host. Friendly, proactive and responsive in a timely manner. This is a great place and have stayed three times already and plan on staying there again in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s place in Winter Garden! From the start, communication was smooth, clear, and friendly. Sonia is a thoughtful and welcoming host who made sure we had everything we needed. The house was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated — exactly as described, if not better. We truly felt at home and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

This place was a true gem! Me and my sister were greeted with a beautiful cleanly space and we had goodies upon arrival. Our host was incredibly thoughtful and communicative. One of the best places I’ve stayed in Orlando. We had access to the pool and it was cozy and private the check in process was quick and secure and the environment was warm and inviting. I would definitely stay here again the neighborhood is gated so safety is a priority and the community is gorgeous and quiet. I would recommend this place to anyone for a short stay or even long vacation we felt right at home. Our host had extra blankets and space heater if needed which helped because at night was cool but everything was perfect. If you are thinking about booking just go ahead and do it. A great place for a couple. We can’t wait to come back and stay again. Thank you Betzaida we had a great time!

Wonderful place, amazing people. The apartment had everything we needed. My husband is a stroke surviver with a lot of mobility issues and Jo and Darrel were so accommodating for our special needs. We were here for 3 months, and I wish we didn't have to leave. This has become my new happy place. It is so peaceful and yet mere minutes away from anything you could need. Absolutely love the area and my evening walks around the neighborhood. My soul found much needed peace on the bench swing overlooking the lake. The only negative I could find (and a small one at that) is the lane is very rough to drive in, so be cautious. But honestly, it adds to the charm of the place. It became a joke for us as my hubby would overexagerate the bumps as we drove in and out. Our stay here was perfect in every way. Don't hesitate to book here. Whether it is just a week or several months. You'll love it!

A cozy "cottage" in a nice College Park neighborhood with all the amenities a traveler could want, including a comfortable bed and pillows, TV, AC, mini-kitchen including mini fridge and microwave, coffee mugs, and a bathroom with shower. Free Wi-Fi, too. Conveniently located. Good price. Would definitely stay there again if I need a place in that part of Orlando. P.S. Didn't get to actually meet her, but Jennifer seems like a really nice person!

Literally a perfect apartment in every sense. Great price, great views, great location, great condition of the apartment. For anyone traveling to Orlando going to the parks, golfing, or just vacation, this apartment could not be in a better location. There is TONS of stuff to do within walking distance and I think the most we spent on an Uber was $35 since everything is so close. You can see Universal lit up at night and you can catch the Disney fireworks from the MASSIVE balcony. It really did feel like a home away from home, and we felt very comfortable there after a long day relaxing on the porch. As for Toby and the property manager Liz, they were extremely accommodating with our early check in plus very responsive and friendly. I was almost hesitant to write this review because I want the apartment to be available the next time I go to Orlando!

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment is great, perfect for what we needed. The hotel is beautiful with a big pool and lounge area. AC worked great and there was plenty of bedding and extra blankets for our stay. The hosts were super friendly and flexible with check-in/checkout which made for a very peaceful last morning. 10/10 would recommend and we will be staying again next time we’re in Orlando!

Excellent experience, very clean home and throughout the hotel. We were very pleased with everything from the initial host contact all the way to the end of our stay. The amazing views are unforgettable and worth every penny. We would definitely stay at this home again. Very close to the attractions and plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

The unit was clean and well stocked. It was in a location accessible to restaurants within walking distance. Giovanni was extremely responsive and everything from check in to check out went very smoothly. The pictures represent the unit well, however, they do make it look a little bigger than it seemed in person. Overall great stay.

Erick's condo was very comfortable and spacious. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We happened to be going to a conference at the Rosen across the street and it was super convenient to walk over there. It was nice to have a Publix and several restaurants so close as well. I texted Erick a few times and he was very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again anytime.
