Great appartment with cozy garden and peaceful atmosphere. The host family keeps the place really clean. You have everything you need in the appartment. Recommend for those who want to have peaceaful vacation, away from city noisy.

We were in Antalya for the transfer flight and after getting off the plane, we wanted to check in without waiting long. She let us into the house early as she could. We couldn't stay overnight because we had a night flight, but we would love to stay longer another time. We were very pleased with the friendly and very hospitable host and his house. It was also very nice to arrange a car for us to get to the airport at night. We didn't bother to find a taxi. We would love to be guests again one day. Thanks for everything

Mr. Murat was caring, helpful and meticulous. The house met our expectations. The lounge seating area should have been more spacious. The pool was heated and enjoyable It had a great view. But there were cameras monitoring the pool from both sides. You need to open the linens yourself and tidy them up yourself. You are asked to run the dishwasher yourself. Thank you Mr. Murat for his goodwill and hospitality.

One of the best vacations of our lives. The Sultan's House is wonderfully located in the old town of Kaleici, close to shops, the beautiful Karaalioglu Park and the sea. Hulya and Freddy are wonderful hosts and very nice people. At the beginning of our stay, there were minor problems with the downstairs toilet, but they fixed it very quickly. They were always ready to fulfill our every wish. If you like old, atmospheric houses and love cats (they come to the backyard), this is the place for you. Hulya and Freddy - thank you! We will be happy to visit you again!

Arrived late hours host was at hand to give directions . The apartment was great value in comparison to surrounding accommodation . We had the pool all to our selves even though we had concerns there was a flat above us . The rooms were clean and security good … privacy with family felt safe too . If you are an average family and want to feel special for good value . Look no further I will definitely be back at this accommodation .The pool was clean and my daughter absolutely loved it !!! Within the old town not far from good places to eat … our last night we stayed at a more expensive hotel at his accommodation was fully booked and it was not half as good!! There was a lady who came to empty bins and had a lovely gesture with some sweeties … Only been back few days and we miss it already !!! I definetly recommend this accommodation for value / cleanliness

The location of the property was perfect. Within 3-5 minutes walking distance into the old town bustling restaurants and bars. The property itself was a great size, in perfect condition, spotless and had everything that was needed for a short or long stay. Kenan was an excellent host and very responsive to my messages with clear instructions on checking in/out. Would definitely recommend this property to anybody visiting Antalya, particularly old town as the location is the best.

Absolutely stunning property. The view is the best I've ever seen in Turkey. The Kitchen was fully stocked with everything possibly required. Both bathrooms were modern and nice. Every detail was accounted for within the home I arrived very late and Ismir and Türker worked with me to do a self check-in. Upon check-out, I then drove to the airport with the keys and had to return them. I really appreciated their patience with us. I recommend this property to anyone wanting maximum peace, space, privacy, and an incredible view with all of the best amenities.

We stayed comfortably for 5 days as if it were our own home. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking, and the washing machine is very useful. There is a supermarket nearby. The view from the living room and bedroom is very beautiful. The host was very kind and showed thoughtful consideration.

The apartment is truly lovely, and the sunny terrace is a great bonus for enjoying slow mornings that stretch into the afternoon. The location is excellent, with many restaurants, shopping options, and public transport all within walking distance, yet pleasantly removed from the main hustle and bustle. Very responsive host and a fantastic restaurant downstairs with kind and friendly staff. However, the nearby mosque's morning call to prayer might be a concern for light sleepers.

We had a great stay at Samet's place. The location is perfect right in the middle of Old Town, which is accessible to lots of good restaurants and shops. The place was clean and comfortabe, and Samet and his wife were very communicative and helpful with our questions. Highly recommend this place!

Great location, cozy atmosphere, friendly owners

A great place to stay and explore the old town Antalya. The view is spectacular! A very hot water in the bathroom! That’s really difficult to find a good place with hot water in Anatolia.

Lovely spacious apartment comfortably fitting 9 people. All amenities are in working condition. Very responsive and friendly host. Quiet location, 5 mins walk from the beach, surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Lovely balcony with lots of plants and lots of space up on the roof. On the recommendations side, it would be great to have another set of house keys as at times it was difficult to coordinate among the 9 of us. It would be great if the upstairs bathroom was renovated a bit (e.g. black mould on the silicone could be replaced). All in all, we had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back here. I was very satisfied. There was no problem with the check-in and check-out, the location was very central and we did not have any inconvenience.

Everything worked smoothly. The apartment was clean and bright. The location is super central from the airport, beach. Shopping, etc. You should not be irritated by the whole construction sites. The place was great for us. We will be happy to come back...

Nice flat and central location. Shower is comfortable even in winter season, heating is good as well. It's easy to park the car in the yard. In the evening the beach area could be a bit loud with music and everything, but having so nice sea and city view is still so great!

Only stayed for one night, needed somewhere close to the airport. Accommodation was clean and tidy, comfy beds, smart tv and had facilities to cook.

We arrived with our 4 month old daughter. The Alex had left us the number of his father who was also on site at the time and lives right next door. He welcomed us warmly and made the key handover. Such a great heartfelt person, we got along so well with him, if you had questions, you could always knock on his door. He loved our daughter so much and always took care of her when he passed by the pool,he always asked what does our princess. Just been a very great person. The apartment is nice and small, you have everything you need to live. Looks exactly like the pictures. The apartment is located on the ground floor and you can get directly to the pool from the terrace, which has been really good. 200 meters further is a Mirgos where you can buy your groceries. In the end it is nice to walk there in the mile but just everything too overpriced and tourist rip-off, driving out by car is better
