Waterfront vacation rentals in Anne Arundel County

The location is amazing if you are hoping to be close to downtown and close to the Naval Academy. Having access to parking is a huge plus. The apartment was clean and updated and was perfect for the 2 of us.

We would return in a heartbeat to enjoy the peaceful setting and spend even more time in the kayaks on the river.

I cannot say enough about Paul! Proactive, great recommendations and an all-around fantastic fellow! My children, two dogs, and I had a wonderful time and would come back in a heartbeat! The place itself is immaculate and has a gorgeous view of the Chesapeake Bay. Minutes from the Naval Academy and an easy ride to the Greenbelt metro so we could catch a DC United game in the city.

Great above-garage apartment. Fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom, and comfortable king bed with walk in closet. Location is directly off the highway but not at all noisy. Had a little trouble finding the location (I accidentally drove past it the first time) but eventually realized I was at the wrong place. 10 minutes to downtown Annapolis.

Our time there was absolutely amazing! The place was so lovely, and the view was like a promise of pure relaxation. Every room had these sweet little touches that made our stay feel incredibly special. It was more than just a place to unwind; it was a haven of tranquility. Shawn, with her warm-heartedness and dedication, turned our stay into something we'll cherish forever. It's the kind of place where you can let go and soak in the beauty around you. This was a great weekend stay! So close to downtown Annapolis and has some great neighborhood restaurants/stores walking distance. The space was just like the photos, and surprisingly spacious for 2. A very clean and cute find, and the host Kimberly was very responsive, kind and helpful - would stay again!

Excellent house for a family reunion, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It features a huge, well-stocked kitchen, nice mattresses and bedding, and is situated in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful nature. I will definitely return soon.

This was a fabulous place for a family gathering over Thanksgiving! Kayaks, basketball, and shooting pool kept all generations active and having fun. There are several parks and beaches near by for walking as well. The bedrooms are well appointed with high quality linens and towels. Tanya’s place is highly recommended!

My friends and I came here for a weekend to celebrate my birthday and had a fabulous time. I’m local (but some friends were not) and we were all extremely impressed by the house. Everything was beautifully decorated. The labels in the kitchen were super helpful, and they had every kitchen appliance imaginable! I also left my jacket in the closet after we checked out, but Megan was so responsive and got back to me right away the new code to run in and grab it. An excellent experience and would highly recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved our stay! I gave it five stars across the board and would absolutely stay again. My only sing a note I would say is the shower upstairs water did not get very hot on either of the days… But other than that everything about this Airbnb is phenomenal and I would absolutely recommend staying here.

This house was perfect for our family—wonderful location, big and beautiful outdoor space, all of the amenities our family needed during our stay. Steve is a wonderful host—kind, excellent communicator, and highly responsive. Ten out of ten experience!

We had an amazing time staying here! We live in the area and stayed here for our wedding weekend, it was the absolute best spot to get ready. Erika reached out to us when she knew there was flooding in the area to make sure we were well taken care of and responded immediately to an initial issue at check in. We had an incredible stay, appreciating the beautiful water view and space. Dock of the bay right down the street was perfect for our rehearsal dinner and a great place to hang out.

The cottage /house was peaceful on the edge of an inlet from the Bay. The patio was lovely. It was chilly so we couldn’t use the kayaks. The kitchen was very well equipped. The dishes, utensils, cookware were quality. The extra cozy blankets were nice. He responded to a request very timely. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Loved our stay at Marie’s condo. The place was clean, well-stocked and cute. Comfortable beds. Unbelievable view of the water and State House. A 10!

Thank you Jane for sharing your lovely space - loved the condo and the porch area. Bed was extremely comfy! We only spent two days there but simply LOVED Annapolis! We even met a former Maryland Senator (John Astle) while walking the streets - nice guy and read about him - impressive! Much history! Toured the Naval Academy and the Annapolis Museum - both wonderful. If you're looking for a cozy place to stay to tour Annapolis - Jane's place is it!

A beautiful location with plenty of room for two couples. Nice balcony and panoramic view of the historical Annapolis waterfront and state capital. Fantastic restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance. Super parking too!!!
