Condo vacation rentals in Annapolis

We stayed here for the Army/Navy game. Army losing was the only downside to the weekend! Sharisse’s place was awesome! Super clean with a great layout. She was so helpful when we had to add another quest to our stay. Will stay here again. Thank you!

We found the location of this air bnb to downtown great! We walked everywhere! The apartment was quiet and felt nice and bright and spacious. We loved the garage parking and the ease of getting in and out of the property. We did have an issue when we arrived to the apartment. It took about 45 mins to get ahold of the bnb contact but when they did respond they addressed the issue as quickly as was possible. While it wasn’t the best start of our trip, they went out of their way to compensate us for our lost time spent the first day which we really appreciated. We understand things happen and the way they handled the issue would make me comfortable to use their bnb again. Overall a great place to stay in Annapolis!

Stayed with a collegue for a work event and we are so happy we were here instead of a hotel. This property has all the perks of a hotel plus so much more! Beds were very comfortable, HUGE bathtub to soak away work stress, walking distance to everything, amazing amenities, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer in unit... 10/10 would book again in a heartbeat.

The check in instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. The location is perfect for walking distance to fells bars. Overall, I have no complaints and would stay there again.

We had an amazing time staying at Peter and Terri’s airbnb! The apartment exceeded our expectations, plenty of room for the four of us and walking distance to the metro, convention center, and a dunkin donuts.

I travel for work and have stayed in other Air BnBs in the building. I will say that Khalid's place was one of the cleanest that I have ever stayed at! It's perfect for a traveling professional or couple looking to explore DC from a convenient location. Seems I can get anywhere I need to be in just a 10 minute Uber. Khalid was incredibly proactive with communication and very responsive when needed. I will definitely be bookmarking this place for future trips.

Cozy pad in a great and safe location. Lots of restaurants and stores that are within walking distance. Not too far from the train which was a huge benefit.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Kitchen has plenty of cooking pans and an assortment of spices. Location was idea for visiting our daughter in college park.

Ellen’s place was clean, quiet , comfortable and very well appointed . It felt like home away from home . Ellen was extremely responsive and helpful during the entire booking time. Would definitely recommend this lovely home and hope to come back again soon .

Great place to stay in DC especially if you have a car with you. My wife and I had a very nice time and Allan’s place was exactly as advertised. Parking is brutal in DC and having a private garage connected to the house was perfect! Proximity to everything in DC was great! Super easy to get anywhere. We were there in the winter so walking around was not something we did because it was 20 degrees. Overall it was very comfortable for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had questions prior to arrival and while we were there and Allan was very responsive and accommodating. Thanks Allan!!!

The place was very clean, well furnished and spacious. New appliances in kitchen and plenty of dinnerware which we appreciated as we cooked for our group. Two bedroom and two bath was just what we needed and the king size bed were very comfortable. It had a verylarge living room which was great as we had 2 active 3 year old boys. Check in was easy though I was concerned as the keypad for the main entrance was old and the numbers were illegible, fortunately it was not locked. But had it bed. Locked it would have been difficult to punch in the numbers. The keypad to our unit was fine. The location was ideal for me as it was close to my daughter’s house that we were visiting. Otherwise the location did not offer much other than easy access to I395. Overall it was great and the rate was reasonable and I would gladly stay there again

We had a great stay! Aleksa and Sophia have thought of many details that made us feel cared for. The neighborhood is peaceful and we easily accessed public transportation to all our destinations.

We had a great stay at George's place! There were 6 of us and felt there was plenty of room. George had a lot of amenities such as card games, snacks, local guide books, etc. George provided very clear and concise instructions for our stay making it very easy to check in and check out. We had three different cars, one of which was parked in a private spot behind the home, the other two were steeet parking. One party arrived late at night but didn't have too much trouble finding a spot.

This Airbnb is fabulous. It is well-appointed and cozy with comfort. Kayne and Charlie went above and beyond as hosts and were available for whatever was needed. Location is great being only blocks from King Street. I will say the set-up of the condo is a bit unique and does not have a huge entertaining space… regardless it was perfect for my two girlfriends and I and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

Christopher was very accommodating of a last minute booking, and a great communicator overall. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Ample street parking right outside. Two distinct and comfortable bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen, fast WiFi, great water pressure. It was an easy walk to a food store and restaurants and the guest binder was full of helpful information. Our family of four (one five year old, one seven year old, and two parents) wanted to spend the week of February break touring Washington DC, and this was the perfect unit for us! Commuting to and from the city via public transportation was especially easy.

I had an incredible stay thanks to Amber. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Her responsiveness was impressive. The location couldn’t be better, very easy to commute and lots of restaurants.

Great place, super close to Gaylord where our conference was held. Lots of places to shop and eat within walking distance!

The house look just like the pictures wonder view from the roof, and it was relatively clean… I have no complaints. It’s a nice place if you wanna stay near Baltimore Harbor. A+

Easily the smoothest and most painless check-in and check-out experience I've ever had for the annual event we attended. 10/10, would absolutely choose to stay here again!
