Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Annapolis

Wow!! What a slice of heaven. The views were so beautiful of the water and it’s peaceful. This house has it all and we especially loved the butler’s pantry where we made coffee every morning. We even used the office for our college age son to do his schoolwork. The beds and pillows were all comfy. Not one complaint. Never ran out of hot water with 7 people!! Plenty of towels and dish cloths. Coffee pods and snacks were such a nice bonus. The kitchen had everything and a gas stove. It was just perfect. Nicki always responded quickly when I had questions prior to our arrival. She even offered us a late check out without us asking. I’d give her beautiful home and her 10 stars if I could. We will be back!! Cheers!

This is the second time visiting this Airbnb. And once again, we had a great and relaxing time. The entire place is so accommodating and peaceful. Definitely a place to stay especially for family vacations and/or a friend's trip. There are beaches close by as well as close stores at least 10 minutes. I definitely recommend staying here.

This was a great get away location for a small family reunion. House was fabulous and offered plenty to do both inside and out. Place was quiet and surroundings were safe and great for outdoor walks to enjoy the scenery. Being right on the water was the real highlight, and we are already talking about coming back to try it in the summer!

We had an enjoyable stay at this property, which offered plenty of space and comfort for our group. Each person having their own bathroom was a fantastic feature, and the house itself had a lot of unique and well-designed spaces. The view of the water was nice, but it’s worth noting that the property is not directly on the water—it’s located behind other waterfront properties. When booking, I initially thought it was on the water, and knowing this beforehand might have influenced my decision given the price. There were a few minor inconveniences: the large ball-shaped bar felt unnecessary and somewhat in the way, and the coffee table on wheels often got in the way as people accidentally kicked the metal sides. Labeling the light switches could also be a helpful improvement, though we managed to figure them out quickly. My family lives in different states & we all met at Dave's to celebrate Christmas together. Even without all the obvious summer appeal & activities, this spot was perfect for us. The property is as described, with gorgeous bay views that give you a different scene every day. The house is well sized, with a nice, neutral decor, multiple seating and table options (inside & out) and laid out so that there are quiet spots and community spots. We appreciated the sinks, faucets, sliding doors and overall color scheme. We enjoyed the Christmas touches - which were really tasteful (not too much and not too little) and scattered through ever room. Our favorites were the lighted trees in the dining area and the entryway. We spent most of our time in the house and around the fire pit, with one day trip to Washington, DC - easy in and out was a big plus! Having the linens clearly wrapped and laid out in each bedroom was a nice reassuring touch, although the house was immaculate. Loved it!

This was the perfect place for us to spend some much needed time to relax and reconnect with nature. This house is absolutely amazing! Clean open contemporary design with walls of windows facing the water and the nature outside. Thoughtful touches throughout the house make it feel extra special. We were lucky enough to be there for a nice snow fall which made the place that much more magical. The storm would have impacted our departures, so Evan graciously offered us another night to avoid traveling in the snow. The house has everything you need for a luxurious escape with a beautiful view, and amazing hosts. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely home in the suburbs of Severn! This large home was ideal for the extended wedding family. Room for the mid age kids to run around outside and ample room for the group inside. The family room was the heart of the time both for visiting, games, larger family dinner, quiet dozing, baby play area and all in front of the cozy pellet stove! At first we were concerned our ‘older’ legs wouldn’t make the steps to the third floor but everyone had their own hidey hole. Highly recommend this home for weddings or even a quiet place to relax and unwind as a family! Thank you!

The house was very clean. And such a unique layout. Perfect with my grandchildren. They could sleep and adults enjoyed adult time without concern for waking them up. And the house was so beautifully decorated! The views were just so pretty! Robert was very easy to contact. Very helpful with any of our questions . We truly enjoyed our stay.

This is a beautiful house. The neighborhood is wonderful and safe. Lovely community. Great proximity to Old Town Alexandria and central to all things DC. Joe is a great host. Very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

This was a last minute Stay, Sean was quick & responsive. He was also very gracious to let us do a late check out. The view & place was extremely peaceful & nice. I would recommend this spot to everyone. Thanks A lot Sean would definitely come back during the summer time.
