Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Anna Maria

Anna Maria is for sure one of the most beautiful beaches in FL- Amy’s house is located 10 min walk from the public beach entry. House is small but comfy- the most suitable for 2 people. Pool super nice with lights- spa did not work. No hand soap or shampoos provided. Plus- few steps to the tennis courts and basketball court. Quiet and safe neighborhood.

Everything from start to finish was amazing. The place was incredible and very clean. Most items in the house were brand new. Lovely pool and garden area for the family. Great location to explore the wider Tampa area and close to Clearwater and St Pete’s. Would stay again 1000%

This place was conveniently located for our purposes. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the home was very nice. It was also well stocked with essentials.

We were new to Sarasota rental and came down for Christmas week as family of 5 (3 adult sons). The place was perfect fit. 2 baths/showers; pool and patio; 5 mins to plazas and 10 mins to key places. Roma was quick when we had questions. Will stay here again.

Great apartment in the Kenwood neighborhood. I think we walked to a different coffee shop every morning of our 5 night stay and walked to a different patio restaurant with our dog and baby in town every evening. We did have to cook for our little guy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We spent plenty of time outside. We did meet guests staying at each of the two apartments we shared the space with and everyone was friendly. Laundry was right outside of our apartment and super convenient. We worked remotely for the 5 days and had no issues. Lauren was responsive and extremely flexible. 10/10 would rent again.

Cheryl's house was very clean, and had everything we could need. Would definitely stay there again!

I stayed at Kristin place for my birthday weekend. The place was in a family neighborhood. I felt comfortable leaving my 87 year old mom their at night while I had to go babysit my grandbaby. The house was well equipped and spacious. It was enough room for the family to come over and have game night. What I liked the best did not need a key everything was keyless. Will stay their again when visiting St Pete. They were great host.

Lea was very kind and responsive and was able to give me some local recommendations. The neighborhood is a bit loud outside because it is close to the interstate, but very quiet and peaceful inside! And that proximity makes it a great and central location for any activities you may want to do with the family. I don't think we had to drive more than 12 minutes to get anywhere! My kids and my dogs both loved the house and all the doggy goodies including a basket of fun toys to play with while we were there. Overall, I give 5 stars for being a dog-friendly house in a central location and a very friendly host!

Such a fun house! We loved the movie room, and pool the most. Very comfy beds, house was free of clutter. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! Just a short trip across the bridge to the beach. Excellent location and it was nice to come back from the beach and unwind and relax in the pool. Everything that you need to cook with is also available. Great yard and bbq as well. Thanks again for a great stay

I can't say enough great things about this place. It has everything you need, close to beaches, shopping, etc. The pool and hot tub were amazing to relax in. Randy was very responsive and I would definitely recommend them!

Surf’s up was the perfect location! Close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and removed enough to feel quiet and restful when we were at the house! The response time was great! They were so willing to work with us when we needed their help to increase our stay! I would recommend and stay again!

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island, first extended winter vacation in Florida. When we saw the devastation after hurricanes Helene and Milton, we wanted to cancel, fearing the island wouldn’t be up and running when we arrived. Mario assured us several times all would be good and it was! The house was perfectly repaired, pool was beautiful, and the island beaches were in great shape. The house is an easy walk to the beach with your trusty little wagon to carry everything (beach chairs, towels, cooler all provided) Grocery store is just a few blocks away for cooking in and the restaurants we went to were great (Waterfront was my favorite).

It was very nice. I did not see a sign out front so when i came in at night it was hard to find it. Also i was in unit 5 very nicevloved the cat mugs and dog mugs special touches but the mirror in the bathroom is alittle high I am 5 foot and couldn't see. But all in all it was very nice. Thank u.

Christina’s place was very comfortable and felt like home. It was close to Walsingham park for a lovely walk with the dogs and close to the beach. Christina kept in very close contact to ensure that I was warm enough during the recent cold snap and offering use of her large back yard and BBQ while she was away we have already booked her place for next year.

Had a great time in this space, host was very responsive and just what I needed.

This place is amazing. Big enough to have friends and family + able to get some private time when needed. We enjoyed the heated pool, big kitchen, bikes, fire pit, games and the location. We had a great time biking to the local restaurants and walking to dog to the local park. Definitely a sanctuary that I look forward to staying at again.

This is a great place to stay with family. It has plenty of space (can comfortably fit 3 couples in their own bedrooms) with an open floor plan throughout the house. It’s really generous for the host to make this a pet friendly home because it’s perfect for them with the lanai and backyard. The beds are very comfortable and so is the couch. The house is well equipped with everything for a great stay. This house is in a quiet neighborhood right next to the state park which attracts beautiful birds and allows for wonderful walks through the neighborhood. Alex is a great host that will ensure your stay is comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect for us we celebrated christmas here and she had a fully stocked kitchen with an amazing fenced back yard where we all ate and my grand kids could be out side and play with no worries! I would book again for sure. Thank you!

I highly recommend Esther’s place. It was extremely easy to find the house and check in. The house is just perfect and super cute! Very clean, large clean kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, and nice pool and putt putt outside. Esther was also very responsive during the stay if anything is needed. Only thing to note is there is not a full length mirror!
