Nice place to stay

We needed a place to stay for overnight, unplanned. We are glad that we have found Ms. Ervie property. Despite of short notice, she accepted our booking. Her place is amazing! What you see in the pictures are all true. Super clean and very cozy! Smells very nice! Ms. Ervie assisted us in all our need specially the exclusive parking at the Monaco Tower! This property is highly recommended specially to those people who really want to have a good rest and relaxation. We will definitely book this property again on our next trip to San Fernando Pampanga.

It was clean, and I had a good rest.

Booked Michael’s place the same day we had to check in. He was so helpful, and so responsive which made the booking very easy for me. The place looked exactly as the photos from the listing. It’s very accessible to different restaurants/cafes too. There’s a convenience store in walking distance also. Other amenities like the pool looked inviting form the balcony. We were not able to try as we only stayed for a short time, which makes me want to go back and stay at Michael’s place again.

The condo unit was spotless and beautifully decorated. The host and her team were very responsive and fantastic with check-in instructions ensuring our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and modern. We were very happy with how quiet the apartment is. The balcony is great.

Fantastic stay! The unit was great, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. Great location too with spacious parking area. Not to mention that the host was super responsive even on my inquiry last New Year’s Eve. Thank you Excelan. And what I love the most was the place was pet friendly 🐶 plus lots of parks nearby. The host is easy to communicate with. There was only a minor issue with check-in, but he quickly provided us with another unit in the same tower. Aside from that, we loved our stay in the unit provided to us.

Superb high quality apartment within a well specified modern building which is peaceful but yet within easy walking distance of the Angeles City entertainment district. Having stayed in a number of different Kandi Reality apartments over the past few years I would definetely say that this unit is the best one yet due to the very reasonable price and the extras provided by the host such as fresh water dispensing machine and the fully equiped kitchen which are provided. The host is friendly, professional and responsive. The apartment was immaculate and it was a joy to stay there. Highly recommended!

I have been staying at John's condo many times already and is always my home away from home. The property is always kept clean and always has friendly staff and security. What i was most pleased with was that the Korean restaurant brought back the money exchanger at their cashier's window. My last trip in June, they discontinued that service. It was a great help especially when the typhoon came and leaving the Kandi property was not recommended. I was able to just go downstairs and get money exchanged so conveiniently. Another great visit.

Antonio’s place is a perfect place for staycation in Clark. It’s right near the middle of high end hotels, restaurant and establishments. And also near SM and public market. Antonio is a superb hosts, always ensuring that we have a remarkable stay. Highly recommended!
