Monthly Rentals in Andover

Cozy is definitely the correct description! I had some rainy days during my visit, so the cozy, clean living space was perfect for having some down time to stream movies and shows. Some premium apps were much appreciated! Grocery stores are close as well as great restaurants, so the microwave worked just fine for heating up meals for my week-long stay.

Spent February at Rick's place and was sad to leave. Very close to all Andover has to offer and vary spacious for a long term stay. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to friends that come in town.

We’ve stayed here under the prior owner and the new owner, Kristen, is great - super responsive and accommodating. The place is beautiful and clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the unit is in a convenient location -5 min to town, Whole Foods and local restaurants. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

The Rose Cottage was exactly what I was looking for. Easy to find. Close to all that Andover has to offer, as well as private and quiet. And very clean!
