A very nice house. I stay with my family and we had a lovely time. It was quiet with an amazing view. And the train took only 2 min to Beaulieu su mer - with delicious restaurants 😊

Cinzia's place is very nice, ideal for a couple, very clean and equipped with all comforts. The location is very convenient, close to the station and 2 min from the beach. Around are bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Cinzia and her husband were very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Without a doubt an extremely refined and beautiful place to be. This villa has been in Silvio’s family for a while and the thought and care that continuously goes into making it beautiful inside and out is extraordinary. We had a short but wonderful time and won’t soon forget it. Recommended for a memorable occasion.

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

I stayed with my son and parents for a week. We had a very good time, both for the accommodation and for the location: close to the beach with a parking space and a bike path. Recommended apartment. Giulia was very kind and helpful.

Danila is a wonderful Host, we had an extremely good time, everything clean and tidy, extra towels if necessary, warm and comfortable apartment, we were divinely. (If I go back to playing in Sanremo, of course I will stay here):)

Wonderful for a vacation, a get away as a couple or a family. Enrico is a great host and we hope to be back soon. Don’t bring olive oil or citrus, as it can be purchased right here in excellent quality. If you have a large SUV, consider bringing your smaller car. The driveway is a very tight squeeze for large SUV’s and a better for middle class vehicles! You may not need all you want to bring anyhow, as Enrico is most helpful in case anything you need in your apartment should be missing.

Wow! We were treated like royalty. We felt very well taken care of and they did not lack any details. We felt right at home with a gorgeous view and accommodation. We were even able to change our dates due to unforeseen circumstances and they were extremely accommodating. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

What an Amazing week we just had! Nicolas is lovely and was super accommodating with checking in after a delayed flight. The villa is nothing short of Amazing- the photos don’t do it justice, the view is out of the world and is exactly what you would expect from a premium villa in the south of France. You barely need to use a car as everything is walkable and close to the house. Would definitely recommend 100% 5 stars all around!

Very nice tastefully decorated apartment, with the added bonus of a terrace overlooking the palm trees and the sea! It's well laid out for a comfortable family. We are at the foot of the historic center and just above the sea (promenade and beach), and at the edge of the road tower being away from the noise and the hustle and bustle. Parking, free at the bottom of the house, is complicated because the city is very busy (it deserves it). The most convenient is to park in the large shedding car parks after the marina or on the other side after the Borgo Prino neighborhood It's a little walking, but along the sea it's more unpleasant. Cristina who took care of the welcome is very kind and speaks very good French, even if she says it's not true! Off season, the price is very advantageous.

I highly recommend staying in this apartment. New interiors, cleanliness and tidiness in the house, ample spaces, air conditioning, wi-fi, everything you need at your disposal. Beautiful garden and outdoor space for reserved use. TO emphasize TRANQUILITY and SILENCE. Great location to visit the western area of Liguria, a few kilometers from France!!! Camilla's lovely house is set in a medieval village with very attractive arched wakways giving access to the houses. Be prepared to carry your luggage a little way from your car but when you step inside you will not be disappointed. The house provides very comfortably for four people and it is very well-equipped. But it is the spacious balcony with plenty of space for outdoor meals that is the highlight of this property. There is a most wonderful view of the Mediterranean from both the balcony and the garden below, and there is a very good selection of garden furniture. It is a short drive down to the coast road giving access to beaches and the nearby coastal towns of Santo Stefano al Mare, San Remo, Imperia and others to the west and as far as Genoa in the east. Camilla was warm, friendly and helpful in her communication.

You have to take the steep slope into account to get to the apartment, but once there; great! Contact with Lorenzo was great; quick response and super nice tips. We enjoyed the lovely balcony with beautiful views and Lorenzo's tips for in San Remo!

the apartment is very nice with excellent interior spaces, furnished with care and with great outdoor space that can also be enjoyed in February at certain times. We were in Sanremo for work for the festival and the property was really comfortable for the work we had to do. Federico was very nice and helpful. We'll definitely be back
